I understand that offices can run behind, but no one communicated the extent of the delay, and I had another medical appointment I could not miss. When I informed the receptionist that I needed to leave, she attempted to charge my insurance for the X‑rays. I explained that although the X‑rays were taken, the dentist never saw me because the office was extremely behind schedule. Rather than acknowledging the situation, the receptionist became defensive, so I chose not to escalate the conversation. I stated that I would contact my insurance directly to clarify what occurred. Thought I just got something stuck in my cap. Nope I had a fracture in the root. So har to have my tooth pulled. This was part of a bridge so she had to cut the bridge and pull the molar.
