What amazed me most was how fast and efficient everything was. Thanks to their modern technology (and her expertise), the entire procedure--including making the crown--took only about 1.5 hours. They also scan your teeth before and after to ensure the crown matches perfectly, which was especially important for fitting my retainer. That level of attention to detail is impressive. I also love my hygienist, Nina. She's very precise and always so friendly. My whole family goes here, and we couldn't be happier. The staff are great and very friendly which helped put my nerves a bit at ease from the beginning. Now for the care. I have come here a few times - one for a broken tooth and got such great care, judgement free, and Dr Bekah was there being the biggest cheerleader as she was providing me the care. Got a sweet gold tooth out of it too! I have come back again for a deep cleaning as well as a wisdom tooth extraction. I was TERRIFIED of getting it done but Dr Bekah took such great care of me, letting me know of everything that was going on and always showering me with positivity as she was doing the extraction (the kind of stuff I need.) It's important to be honest with your dentist so you can get the most out of it and her office provides the best care in a judgement free zone. I still kept my second appointment scheduled up until the day of the appointment. However, after what had happened with the first appointment, I no longer felt comfortable continuing care with this office, so I canceled. I was then charged a cancellation fee, which felt like a double standard considering my own appointment had been given away after I showed up. Time is time. One year later, after I stopped going there, I received a random bill for services owed of $2000. They wanted to upcharge me for a payment plan, however, and in the midst of trying to work out an acceptable plan out they ghosted me. Fast forward to one year later, they called me out of the blue asking "when can you pay your bill?" The receptionist on the other end seemed to have no history or recollection of any of my prior conversations with this practice and again trying to ask about a payment plan she referred me to a site where they impose an additional 10% surcharge. By this point I decided to eat the big hits to my bank account so I can pay what I owe without feeling like I'm getting extorted. This is a shady practice who has no sense in how to manage an office nor respect the well-being of the patients they serve? What kind of practice would treat a patient for two years before finally telling them that they didn't take their insurance? And then be so inconsistent with charging their patients in a timely manner or allowing such little flexibility on paying what they owe? On her first visit, my wife felt like they were shady in their practices and told me I should stop going there. I should've listened to her then and saved myself all of this trouble.
