I saw him again this morning and couldn't remember if I'd left a review about him before so I'm rectifying that now. There are so many reasons why I would recommend him so highly, but here are just a few: He's extremely caring and he pays attention to your questions and concerns. There are very few doctors who do that today but he has been like this from day one. He's kept my gastrointestinal condition under control for many, many years and when I have a flare-up, he always makes a great suggestion that gets rid of it quickly. He spends time with his patients and does not like to be interrupted when he's talking to them, which is extremely rare these days. He makes suggestions about supplements to take to help your condition and your health in general. This is the only doctor of mine who does that. He makes colonoscopies completely painless. He is an insanely gifted diagnostician. He has always figured out solutions to every GI problem I've ever had, but it goes much deeper than that. Years ago I had been though several months of specialists who could not figure out what my condition was. Even though his it's not his area of expertise, he asked the right questions and within 5 minutes he'd figured out that it was a severe case of costochondritis. Again, not even his area of specialization, but he figured it out and referred me to another specialist. That specialist was very kind but could not figure out how to cure it, but I found another professional who eventually cured it. The last time I came in I had a completely unrelated foot problem and Dr. Buch gave me two suggestions that fixed that problem as well. His staff is very attentive and kind as well. If you ask them a question, they will ask Dr. Buch and he will give a specific answer on what to do for your current medical issue. His years of experience are demonstrable and if he does not know the answer to a question, which is pretty rare, he will find out and have his staff get back to you quickly. He is smart, reliable, caring and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and the friends of mine who I have recommended to him in the past have always thanked me for it. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of problems by making him your gastroenterologist. My favorite medical professional, because he has earned it.

I left a phone message at the office but received no call back. I then personally took my husband to the hospital emergency room, and my husband was admitted. He passed away about a month later. From the time my husband saw the doctor in the office to the time he died, I had no communication with Dr. Gourdji - none. I realize it must be difficult to convey bad news to a patient or spouse, but I felt abandoned. I was left to manage my husband's care totally by myself.

I am a patient of Dr Hepps. I was diagnosed with bacteria in my gut. after taking a breath, test…read moreand fecal test. Dr. Hepps told me that the medicine would be very expensive and if was too much for me to pay, he said there was alternative medicine. My co-pay for that particular medicine was $560 which I could not afford. I was given an alternative drug called Neomycin 500 mg which was generic for Mycifraden. At the time it was prescribed I was not informed that I needed to take it with another prescription. The neomycin prescription made me so sick to my stomach even when I took it on a full stomach. I felt nauseous. I called the office but could not talk to the doctor Hepps. He seems to be unavailable. I spoke to his assistant Anthony three times very nice young man, but I could not understand him because I am hearing impaired so he sent me a text message and tried to explain everything which was really confusing. Basically telling me I needed to take another medication with it at the same time with Neomycin. They ordered another medication for me, which was very expensive which I believe was the same medication because the co-pay was $560. Which I could not afford as I explained. I called office more than three times and leaving messages forAnthony to call me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor on Thursday September 24, 2026. On Friday, September 25th a woman called me back and told me that she had received my message and would look into it and have somebody call me back by Monday, September 28th. I never received a call back. I called again approximately October 1st left a message with Anthony and as of today October 7, 2026 I have not been contacted by Dr. Hepps office. Now I am left with bacteria in my gut and no response from Dr. Hepps,. I find this deeply disturbing and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Over the last decade, I have only seen him once a year for my annual physical and standard lab work. Fortunately, I have been in great health. I believed I actually meant something to the practice, but lately, the way the front office is being run has left me with no choice but to find a new provider. I understand that insurance companies are making it harder than ever for practices to survive. However, the high-pressure tactics coming from the front desk have turned a necessary transition to a "membership" model into a personal dealbreaker. For over a month, I've left messages to speak to Dr. Raiman to get a straight answer about the new $400 fee. Because , if I wait too long to pay, I was informed by Liz about a "quota" system, where the price will jump to $3,000 a year (it might be $4,000) once a quota is met. If the messages are being passed and he still won't call, it's clear where I stand. Patty simply told me her job is to "pass the messages" and that, "honestly, Dr. Raiman isn't going to call me back to discuss. He did that in the letter he sent". On top of that there is zero plan to help long-term patients transition to a new provider. Being told that "Dr. Raiman has no recommendations or referrals" and "that I should just find one through my insurance company" is a cold way to end a 10-year history. Being ghosted and told to send my own medical records through a portal is not the professional transition of care I expected. Both Patty and Liz have been argumentative, mean, and dismissive throughout this process. Their "take it or leave it" attitude, blocking access, and the pressure they are applying regarding these fees have effectively ended my time as a patient. It's disappointing to see a decade of trust thrown away because of how the front desk has handled this. Since Liz and Patty are acting as a road block and believe Dr. Raiman will not return my call, I have no choice but to put up a post.

Dr. Raiman was consistently easy to speak with, caring, attentive, and responsive. His office staff, with Patty and Liz, were always friendly, efficient and welcoming, which made every visit smooth and comfortable.
