I was feeling very hyper and wanted to explain a lot of problematic situations, I was experiencing. After 7 spinal surgeries, Throat, Lymph nodes cancer heart attacks in 2024 and a history of Peptic Ulcers from corporate management, worldwide and stress I never know if tomorrow will come. I was in so much pain I wanted it to just end. ER staff were quick and kind as well. CT Scan was taken and medications given fir my stomach. I called Dr. Hepps MD on Saturday from the hospital and he didn't rush me and explained how he could see me ASAP. He did. 3 days later I was in his office. SUCRALFATE RX and Ondansetron has helped. We do need an Endoscopy/Colonoscopy and Dr. Hepps is working on getting cardiologist, Dr. Gazi MD approval. I am on blood thinners so it's dangerous. I am very sick and we must see what is causing this (cysts, spots on colon. Gastritis, etc.?). Bless you and your staff doctor. You helped lower the temperature. Sometimes it's just too much and we think we cannot go on.

They are corporately owned by Unio Health and the office treats you like a number, not a person. You can never get a person on the phone, rather it's leave a voice mail or use their web portal (that isn't the same name as the office--- Unio, a Genesis Health facility). If you leave a voice mail they promise to get back to you within 48 hours which is NOT acceptable. The phone tree is a time suck. They must be understaffed. Furthermore, they sign you up with a corporate "Health program" where an RN in Tennessee calls you to discuss and update your health. She's a generalist, not someone familiar with your chart. Then they charge your insurance (Medicare) for a "visit" when a doctor in this practice reviews some general information that the RN has sent to them. This reeks of unnecessary charges. Patient beware!!

I met him in Northridge hospital ER exactly a year ago when he took care of my elderly mother, admitted with a recurrent upper GI hemorrhage. She had been scoped before, and no source of bleeding had been identified. We had almost lost hope in obtaining a valid diagnosis let alone stopping the bleeding. Providers had given up on my suffering mother and were treating her like a hypochondriac... Then came that young yet fearless Dr. Naim. He acted like the person in charge. He is not someone who will accept missing a diagnosis, and this is a trait so rare nowadays. He studied my mother's extensive imaging history. He also called me and explained elaborately his assessment and plan to me. He is a natural teacher. He scoped my mother and found a 3-mm gastric ulcer that he clipped, and we never saw a trace of that again. So thankful for Dr. Naim's care of my mother who soon later passed away for an unrelated reason. Physicians need to remember that how they treat a patient may be the last act of mercy or battery in the patient's life, and one of the last memories the patient's survivors are left with. Regularly, I would order refills using the portal only to end up calling the doctor's office to get things done after days passed with nothing happening. (The outgoing message for the doctor encouraged using the portal for refills.) Communications to Dr. A via the portal would often lack a proper response, too. I became tired wasting time having to repeat communications. Also, at times, Dr. A appeared hurried -- not a calming, relaxed bedside manner typical of physicians I see.
