I'll admit, their car wash team is lacking. I'm unsure if it's not enough people or just "man eyes" The last two vehicles I've picked up are dirty. However, they're top of the line vehicles, they just don't get washed well on the outside. Tami, the manager at this branch is super nice and accommodating. The Jeep I picked up two weeks ago was empty and cost $85 to fill up. The vehicle was supposed to be full upon pick up, (it was not) so Tami comped me one day of rental to offset the gas cost. This has quickly become one of my favorite National locations and I'm happy to run my car thru the wash once I pick it up! I'll be back!

The setup is different given that it's a small airport and requires you to grab the key before proceeding to the lot. To get there, you walk all the way down the opposite side of the airport, follow the side walk as it curves right, and the cars will be on the left. To return the car, I learned that you have to note the mileage and fuel level before returning the key. Giavanna helped process my return and was quick to adjust the payment details upon request. Like Jonah, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided 5 star service. Thank you!

This is after typing out my entire experience again in an email. Enterprise then spams you with an email asking how their Customer Service was and after filling out the short survey, I was contacted by Judy again! She apologized for not caring in the first email and said my experience was being forwarded to Regional. Shortly after, I received a call from Shelby! The rude, condescending "branch manager" from the airport. Unfortunately she is not someone I'm open to talking to. I'm normally the type to give people several chances but after seeing her treat the man before me poorly, and then myself? That was enough for me to know any further interactions with her would be the same. Another big reason to look into Turo. You won't have to deal with the corporates trying to pass the buck and now have eventually passed it back to the the ground where the problem employee is calling me directly! It's scary. How does this make sense?! It's like, Hi, I was very offended by your Branch Manager's treatment or myself and others. Their response, We'll have her call you ‍

STRIKE 1: I went to Enterprise after work and my husband dropped me off. I found out they had closed at 5pm. STRIKE 2: I called the next morning and was told someone was available to pick me up at 11:30am. I recieved a call at 11:49am saying the pick up would be delayed for a while. I asked if it would be within 30 minutes and the Enterprise staff member said, "Yes." She asked if I had any unavailable times and I said I had an appointment in Richland at 2:00pm to sign for my car to be towed to the collision repair shop. She said it would not be a problem and that I would have my rental by then. I called Enterprise at 1:06pm--no answer. 1:18pm--no answer. 1:30pm--no answer. I got a ride from a friend and left my house for my previously scheduled 2:00pm appointment. I received a call at 1:41pm, an Enterprise staff member was at my house to pick me up. I told her I had been waiting for over 2 hours and now they were going to have to wait for me as I had an appointment across town at 2:00pm. She apologized which was appreciated. I told her I would be available at 2:30pm and she could come back then. 2:31pm I received a call from Enterprise saying they were going to DELIVER the car to me! HOMERUN!! 2:39pm Mirna delivered my car to my house, went over all the details and SAVED my experience. THANK YOU MIRNA! The car was upgraded to a 4 cylinder SUV. It was dirty on the outside, fairly clean on the inside. I have no problem with this rental vehicle. I'm very happy Mirna took care of the situation.

When I called to get my reserved economy vehicle I was told they had none available. Per USAA's established corporate contract with Enterprise, if the reserved class isn't available, they are supposed to upgrade the customer for 24 hours while sourcing the correct vehicle, or cover the rate difference if they cannot. The agent I spoke to, Marco, was extremely rude. He flatly stated that they did not have to honor the insurance agreement, refused to upgrade me, and told me I was going to have to wait 4 days for a car. When I asked if he could check nearby Enterprise locations to see if they had inventory he completely refused to even look or ask. Leaving an insurance customer stranded and ignoring established priority partner contracts is entirely unacceptable. Avoid this branch if you expect professionalism.

I scratch my head, but then realize that more people than not will take the time to make a bad review of a this type of business if they feel they've been screwed. The last review is almost 2 years old as well. I've been renting vehicles through Hertz for many years, but I have always booked and paid ahead for my rentals via AAA membership. Maybe this has something to do with never having a crappy experience, except maybe a longer wait time once in awhile. I have rented vehicles in Temecula, CA; Buffalo, NY; Knoxville, TN; and Kona, HI. I have always received what I ordered, with a couple times getting a free vehicle upgrade. I have never had any monetary add-ons needing contested. The vehicles have always been clean, inside and out. This Hertz was no exception. The pick up and drop off went without a hitch. If anything "negative" was had it was the young lady I interacted with at the time of pick up didn't have much of a personality, but I wasn't there to make friends anyhow. With everything having gone smoothly I will be the 2nd person to give this beat upon Hertz the 5 star rating.
