Staff went above and beyond for our family. Life is full of unexpected variables these guys were totally understanding Thanks Tyson

I went to the Richland location to reserve a car they didn't have one available for the time requested. They said try the Kennewick location the. Following day I called and made a reservation with the Kennewick location. I stated I needed to be picked up and they said that was fine it was within 10 miles. (That is their policy) The day of my reservation I called to confirm my pick up and was Informed by the manager of the Kennewick location that they don't pick up in Richland even though it was within 10 miles. He actually tried to change it to say it had to be within 10 minutes of their location. I was left stranded at the pick up and was left to walk. I'm handicap btw. I did call the manager a jackass and he was so fragile that he refused to help me read more

ZERO STAR. was promised and guaranteed a vehicle (small good gas mileage). was dropped of a large truck because they sent out all vehicles. Second rental i had to pick up during my insurance work, same thing happened. waited 1 hour for my pick up from the body shop because they did not have the vehicle they said they had when I called for the ride. zero stars. read more

The service representatives were very cheerful and courteous. Our Jeep broke down while we were in the area on vacation. They came and picked us up at the car repair station so we were so thankful. Being in an area that you don't know, it was such a relief to have decent friendly people to help you out read more

Wanted to give a shout out to Mr.Chavez in the Kennewick office, We got there right at 2:00pm on Saturday and he still managed to help us out, and 2 other customers after being closed. One of the customers almost hit him with the car rental. Thanks again. read more

We just returned a rental that we had for a month, due to a collision with one of our cars. The staff was exceptional. They stayed open later in order for us to be able to pick it up. Great communication with our insurance company and us as well. Gia was on top of it for us. Instant refund on our deposit. It couldn't have gone smoother!! We are extremely pleased with the service that was provided!!! Thank you, Gia and staff! read more

Staff is excellent! Very helpful and willing to help accommodate my needs! I have been to other enterprise locations but Gia and her staff are the best! read more

Excellent service. Easy to pick up and drop off. Very professional and customer oriented. Thank you!

The only choice for a fair price REEKED like cigarettes . Guess they don't clean the cars before each use? second and only other option was costing 180$ upfront.(insurance pays 80%) No Thankyou. For those prices you should be able to reserve a specific car. And it should be clean! I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance. Then the woman assisting us continued to try and pursuade us to get extra insurance, KNOWING we have full coverage already. Needless to say I did not give this place my business and won't go here again. read more

Good experience with enterprise car rental in Kennewick. My son rented a Camry it was in good condition and it was clean. The staff was fast and efficient on renting the vehicle and returning the vehicle was fast and efficient also. I will be renting another vehicle from Enterprise in Kennewick in September for a week I hope we have the same service as my son received this month March. read more

Nice people at office, but their booking system has major glitches. Tried renting a car online, got confirmation, and when I went to pick it up they said they had tried to call but they had no cars. So I went to the office in Pasco because I called their number and talked to a person (not a person from office, but got a person on the phone that was not local) and she booked me a car. We went to pick it up, guess what, no cars. So 2 confirmation numbers meant nothing. Ended up at the airport and ended up getting a car from Budget/Avis. The lady in Pasco did say to call the local number, but when I did I got the online person, not local. Major glitch in their reservation system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the actual people I talked with were nice. Don't trust a confirmation number until you are at the office. read more

Tired of reserving a full sized vehicle only to get there and find out they only have a compact.

The team at Enterprise in Kennewick went above and beyond for me when getting me a new loaner car while ours was in the shop. Professional, respectful, so helpful. They made a few calls and juggled so that I could have a similar car. Jess and Nate were so gracious, helpful and efficient. Thank you for such excellent customer service. In a world that needs kindness you spread it so graciously. Thank you! read more

First time trying out Enterprise at local office, all my rental were done at the airport previously. No doubt, fast check-in and check-out process as usual and the staff at this location are really professional and helpful throughout the rental. Nothing that I can complain about The Enterprise Holding company. All three of their rental car brands are nice. read more

I rented a car through the insurance company of the person who hit my car for exactly a month. My experience was great up until that point. I returned the vehicle, we completed the post inspection, they said everything was great, and they refunded my deposit. A week AFTER I returned the car, I had an unauthorized charge on my debit card for toll roads and service fees. In the entire half of the the state I'm in, theres not a SINGLE toll road. I only used the car to get to work and back while my car was in the shop. They took out the money with only a brief email after theyd withdrawn it. I called Enterprise to fix this, and they told me that since it was through a 3rd party service they use, there was absolutely nothing they could do, and told me to contact the toll service directly. I did, via email, which is the only contact information they left. I receieved an automated email stating it would take 5 business days before they even LOOKED at the email. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable, and will be reported to my bank as fraud. If it were a higher amount, I'd be reporting it to the police as theft. Absolutely shady business practices and I will never use them again if I ever need a rental. read more

Van was dirty and windshield covered in bugs. Had to stop and clean windows off. They had had a power outage a few days earlier and used that for an excuse why they were lagging behind filling cars with gas and cleaning. They also could not find my Enterprise card number to credit my car usage. Always use them for car needs. Disappointed. read more

I'm really not a fan of renting a car that's near empty when I am ready to hit the road for a job out of town. I would expect a car to be full and ready to go when I am. Clean facility and friendly staff. Michael while I appreciate your willingness to satisfy a customer I honestly don't have the time or want to jump through the hoops of telling customer care about my experience. Name is on record and they can look me up and contact me if they want to know more. Ty read more

Only took a few minutes to get my paperwork done, and the girl at the counter hooked me up with a great discount since my truck was in the shop. Everyone in the office was fun and friendly and really made me feel like there was no wait time at all. Will definitely be back to rent if I go on a vacation, since their weekend rentals are cheaper than the gas my truck guzzles!! read more

New manager Cassie took my reservation over the phone for a particular amount and then tried to change it when I showed up. Terrible terrible new manager. read more

Nick was awesome he did all he could to get what he wanted. He has amazing customer server skills. Unlike the manager of the store Cassie she is very rude and isn't skilled enough to be lead of the store . We feel unwelcome . The store sure did downgrade when she started managing. read more

Car in the shop and needed to rent on a Thursday before boat weekend, for a day or two. Limited selection and prices were higher than typical. Ok, I get that. Clerk at TC airport very nice. Told him I didn't need refueling option but I didn't actually read the contract too carefully, before initialing/signing. He threw the fuel option in anyway. Buyer beware and it was really my bad. Still I feel like I was scammed. Read everything line by line. Learned this again. Doh! read more

front counter person answered 4 phone calls to totaling 12 mins.. this is a problem..

I always rent from Enterprise as they have the lowest prices in town. I haven't had a bad experience there with any of the employees or rentals. They always have a great attitude, smiles and great customer service read more

We always rent from Enterprise. In fact followed one worker from the Richland store to the Kennewick store. Today was the WORST experience ever! The "manager" Alba was curt to the point of being rude in her answers with us. read more

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend the Kennewick enterprise! I was In a car accident and the insurance got me a car from here and I continued it after the insurance stopped paying for it, the people that work here are absolute assholes, the have no customer service experience obviously and they are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Worst car rental experience ever! NEVER giving them my money again! read more

Spent over $500 for a weekend trip with the family. Picked up the car early Friday morning and it was disgusting. Crushed chips under the seats and random garbage inside the car. Also the windshield was filthy. Really dissapointed. read more

Nick, the manager, was fantastic. This was the best experience I've ever had with a rent a car company and I have traveled on business quite a bit. First, he upgraded me to a better car. Then, when I arrived at my destination, my employer did not have a vehicle for me and I had to extend my rental. Then I had to return my rent a car in a different town and Nick helped me with that too. I was a problem customer and Nick was not only helpful but he did it with a smile. read more

I have been a long time customer of enterprise rentals and their service has always been fabulous. Unfortunately, when renting in this area it has been a negative experience. Cars have been dirty, picking up the car at time requested has been a problem and overall staff have been okay and attempting to accomdate. However, when you reserve ahead of time, one expects to avoid situations like these. Unfortunately, we didn't. read more

Had the worst experience! I let the person know that it was my first time ever renting a car and she took advantage and charged me insurance when my own full coverage insurance could of paid it. As well as I checked out and was told I was only going to pay 50$ and was going to get a refund of 100$ that they had charged me previously. Never got my money back and called and they made up some excuse to not give my money back. Worst experience ever! read more

Horrible place. I have been trying to get a rental for 4 days and they state they are out of cars. How does a car rental place run out of vehicles to rent out!!?!? They also told me they had a vehicle available and would reserve it but once I arrived there they said it was a mistake and they never had anything available. Completely inconvenient! read more
