You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

The charge for just putting in stop leak, which didn't work was 84.33. I called another garage for an estimate and they quoted me 600.00. I'd say that is quite a difference and being on a fixed income, it's unethical to take advantage of the people that can afford it the least.
