Great car wash, and even better staff! This is the only wash that I'll take my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan through because it's the only one that I trust! I come here at least 3 times a month and never have any problems. I don't know what these other people are complaining about, my car comes out squeaky-clean every time and the staff are super duper nice! Keep up the great work Spanky's, you guys rock!! read more

We have always driven several miles out of our way (from Pasco) to go to Spanky's. We had a membership card and after visiting 12x to earn a free car wash, the new owners (just 2 weeks ago) decided to not honor any of these cards. Wow. No class at all. This shows how little this new owner (Auto Spa) cares about loyal customers . We will try Mister Car Wash. read more

Just returned from getting my car washed at this place for the VERY LAST TIME!!!! I was informed that they are under new management. No shit! This was the worst wash job I have ever received from this place. The 2 guys at the end that wipe down the vehicles were to busy shooting the shit that half of my wasn't done. Piss poor customer service! I'll NEVER BE BACK! read more

staff is efficient. my car is dark gray. ruined the finish, took clear coat off. have to have car repainted. cancelling my membership.

Has anyone ever had this happened to black paint on their car? It wasn't there until I went through Spanky's car wash. I came back and showed it to an employee and they just said I don't know. He took some pictures. There has to be a way to get these streaks off of my car. read more

Always a consistent overall great experience! People that complain are the same people that don't know it's $40 to get an actual hand wash so settle down Karen, $18 for the most expensive wash is a steal for the quality along with getting your vehicle hand dried. read more

spankys is efficient & reliable! love the service, they hand dry the car after the wash which is nice so i don't have water marks

Wash the car! That would be a huge improvement! This is the second time (in my last 2 car washes) I have had occasion to walk around the recently "washed" car! IT WASN'T ...even with the "dry" at the end...tailgate, rear window, bumper were not touched. Not by car wash not the person swinging a towel around in imitation of drying. Neither of the side mirrors were touched. I did not opt for the least expensive (spit & run?) option. No free vacuum either. Movin on for sure! Even at 1/2 price it's not worth it! read more

Do not go here! My wife, who is a loyal customer went thru last week. When the wash finished she heard a dragging noise under our car. She immediately called me and I told her to bring home right away. After inspecting, I had to get under the car and remove our undercarriage cover, which was barely held on by 1 bolt! She contacted asst manager and emailed pics of damage. They replied a few days later saying their looking at video. Of course we haven't heard a word back. We canceled our membership and are awaiting a reund read more

Upon arrival you can expects to have pink buckets available! The pink buckets have cleaning solution and a long handled soft brush to clean your windows! This will be the only "TOUCH" of the car wash. The touch less car wash is wonderful. The payment process is easy. The directions are easy to follow too. The cleanliness of the property is amazing and the water in the pink buckets are clean! This is our favorite place to wag our family car! read more

Spanky's Car Wash - Touch less Washing for the family car! 2.2022 - Car Wash Near Me - Richland, Washington

As we entered the car wash and the soap started to spray onto the car there was a foul odor of rotten eggs coming through the vents and got worse as we were getting to the dryer. After leaving the car wash we stopped at the store and getting to the car as we opened the doors you could smell the horrible scent, I think Spanky's should be checking their system regularly to make sure everything is running properly. read more

Straight forward for me. I go to Spankys because they are the only car wash in the Tri-Cities who will not scratch my car. They listen to me if I have concerns. One time they didn't get my grill completely clean so I drove through again then they did a great job. There was a time a year ago when they left soap on my vehicle but they have fixed that issue. I have a monthly subscription and I feel like its well worth it ! read more

The staff is friendly. My car was very clean in spots, but other spots not so much. Large areas were not touched, with a hand dry at the end not sure how so many "missed" spots read more

Best wash in Tri... recommend getting the monthly membership to make it more worth it. The hand dry at the end is why I will always come back. read more

My favorite car wash in the Tri-cities. Staff wiped the windows after the wash to reduce the streaks on the sides and windows. The prices are fair and they have fairly quick service. read more

Not sure how it takes 35 min to get through an automated car wash when there are only a few cars in front of you. Seriously, you either need to hire more people or figure out some way to get people through. Mister car wash can get me through in less than 5 min even when there is line read more

No complaints! I found their staff to be super friendly, free use of towels and vacuums when you pay for a car wash. Offer all different prices depending on how dirty your car might be. Also offer monthly unlimited wash plans for reasonable prices! read more

Do not get the monthly package as they will only give you enough tokens for 30 minutes of vacuum time! This is ridiculous as am meticulous and take longer than that and do not want to stop and go in beg for more tokens! Do better people! read more

Oh my gosh ~ what a nice surprise. They were very nice. Even patient with me when my wipers were automatically on. They did a thorough pre-wash. Enjoyed the changing lights in the wash. Then they actually dried my car when I got out of the wash line. All for the basic "original" rate. Will totally be back. Thanks!!!! read more

Just had my very dirty car washed on a very windy day and they did a great job. Very thorough with the spraying before going through and the girl drying did great job!!! Definitely will come back!! read more

Pretty pissed I even wasted my time with this place. Figured I'd give them a shot, despite previous reviews. I've spent insurmountably more time spit shining my car since I got home, trying to get rid of these awful streaks and drip stains than if I'd just washed it myself. An even coat of dirt looks 10x better than this. Will not be returning. read more

Great touch-free car wash with a towel dry at the end. You can tell that the employees care about the work they do!

My husband and I have memberships for our Blue Tundra and Red GMC and never fail to go every weekend to Richlands Spankys. I absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly. Someone who always stands out is Kenny. (We thought he was an Owner). I asked for his name today, and let him know what an amazing job he does. You can tell he enjoys what he does and takes great pride. Keep up the good work Kenny, it will pay off! From, two Happy Spanky's Customers: Aracely and Carmelo read more

Outstanding car wash! I was very impressed with the team that took care of my vehicle today. They delivered a very thorough power wash before the automated wash and efficient hand-drying after the wash! No exaggeration- this was the best car wash experience I've ever had. read more

Always had a good experience. Get a better deal with a $3 coupon so it pays to be a return customer. Prices are reasonable and they've always done a good job. I've been bringing my car through their wash for a few years now and never had a bad experience. read more

I have been going here to since I moved to west Richland about 3 years ago. I love the kids that run the place, they're friendly, and fast. They pre wash the car very well, better than anywhere else. And their prices are great! Highly recommend! read more

This car wash place is awesome :). Come here when you're done doing your shopping at Target, Walmart, etc.

Awesome love the service reasonable and easy doesn't break the bank to drive clean auto

It's been MONTHS since I called and left them a voicemail. No one ever got back to me. They've lost my business.

This was the 1st time getting a car wash in years, I asked what services were available and the attendant said "$15.00 includes everything, $12.00 was the bare minimum" when I asked what the everything was she just said everything, which gave me no detail at all. I figured I would do the whole works to see what it was all about. After the wash I made a stop and saw how "clean" my car really was. My car was left pretty much the same dirtiness as it was before I got it washed. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and service and my self for thinking it could do a much better job then me. There were only a few spots that were actually clean. I wished I had seen the reviews before I actually went to this place. read more

Had my truck washed today and it is still dirty.the young lady who was hand drying at the end of the wash was in a serious conversion with a lady in a black Raptor. I waited for 4 or 5 minutes without a single acknowledgment . I will be spending my hard earned dollars elsewhere from now on. read more

One of the best car wash places in the Tri Cities. Very good quality, good price and I love the hand drying the do at the end. Also who doesn't love vacuum coins!? Highly recommend this car wash. read more

The wash was excellent. They do a good job of spraying off the whole car by hand to make sure that they get off all the dirt. This is by far the best car wash in town. read more

I would rate this negative -5 stars it striped the wax of my 88 k5 blazer after I had it detailed. This wash uses acid to clean your car!! Look at the other 1 star review this place has Brown bear car wash doesn't use acid to clean your car I drove over 3+hours from the Seattle area to get my paint ruined!!!!!! I'm very disappointed in this sorry excuse for a car wash Those aren't water spots anymore there acid spots!!!!!!! You will have to get those spots professionally removed there's no other way This is directed for all cars!!!!!!!!!! especially cars made in the 1990s or older!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

So I used one of their 3 dollar off coupons, been using them ever since they opened, I used it to wash my truck and went home to get the wife's car. I returned and attempted to use the coupon again and the young man said the coupon was only good for ultimate car washes. I told him him I was there less than 30 minutes earlier and was okay with 3 off the original car wash. Been using the coupons with no problems. He was insistent that whoever redeemed it was wrong. I tried to explain we'd been using it off original car wash forever. Ignored what I said and said it was 10.50 and the coupon wasn't any good off original. I asked if the policy changed in the last 30 minutes, he said, 10.50 and can't use the coupon. That's okay, there's always the driveway. Treat customers like that, won't have to worry about it read more

Horrible service horrible people, all you are going to do is spend 15$ your car will not even be clean when you leave and when you come back they will make nothing but exusices then they will proceed to damaging your vehicle , and after they damaged the paint on your car and after admitted to doing it and then confessing that it was there fault they will refuse to pay for the cost of the repairs. Never go there this a warning I recommend strongly to go somewhere else read more

We used to have a monthly unlimited car washes here for all 3 of our vehicles. The folks are friendly and nice but the car washes needed major improvement. My wife and I own some high end cars, no matter what, there will be huge white streaks coming down our doors minutes after leaving the wash. Even though they do a wipe down vehicle after being washed the streaks ALWAYS come back. This is due to not enough blowers getting into the side mirror areas. It did it on all three of our cars. jaguar, Cadillac, Honda so its not the cars design causing this. I stopped going with the Cadillac and Honda 6 months ago and this month my wife has had enough and is now not going and cancelling here monthly service plan. They need to rework that issue. Over time folks will just stop going based on this alone. So I'm back to Bush carwashes now. Never have that issue there. read more

I actually have had quite good experiences at Spankys and really appreciate the brushless features of a car wash like this! As like in any business employees should like what they do and at least smile to us the customers or work where they appreciate their job! Most of the time the service has been good as well. Thank you since I love having a clean car! Keep up the good work and enjoy the sunshine today! read more

Will not stop there again. The blower quit while exiting, left with a wet black car in the hot sun. Young persons came out to wipe the windows, I got out to ask if they could wipe the car down-they looked at us like we were aliens! My husband and I ended up wiping the car down. I explained to the girl again to which she stated "you were the one who exited without the blower!" My response "Ok then-who is the manager?" when I shared it with the manager he could have cared less. VERY DISAPPOINTED! read more
