Have been using Bush Car Wash for a couple years. Their service has gone downhill since doing their update. Staff no longer pre-scrub your front or back and many times do nothing. Staff doesn't even spray the windows for the grim and bugs on it. Today they did not even push in the right car wash that I pay for monthly and the cleaning was only one pass with the soap. Plus the way they updated their machines at the end doesn't even blow the water off your windows and if you leave the water on all the windows.....guess what....water spots everywhere. I've been a customer of the Bush Car Wash on Aaron Way in Richland for several years. A few months ago the car wash was sold. The service has noticeably deteriorated since the sale. Here's my SUV experience two days ago: The manual pre-scrub of the front and back is now haphazard and misses many key areas; sideview mirrors are no longer turned in before entering the wash; the rear window wiper is no longer bagged to protect it; the tire scrubber inside the wash is still out of service; and there is no longer an attendant to finish drying the windows after leaving the wash. Numerous areas - high on the side windows and most of the rear window, for example - are left dirty. I have only one pre-paid premium wash ticket left. I plan to use it and then find an alternative wash that doesn't leave me feeling like I should take the car home and finish the job myself. read more

I made a call to customer service about being charged on our bank acct for one of our cars that should have been cancelled. I spoke to a Teala person that was the most rude disrespectful person I have ever encountered. She hung up on my call when I was trying to confirm we were cancelling our accounts and wanted to be reimbursed. I was unable to confirm by phone because she wouldn't answer after hanging up. Went here after a cross country road trip to get all the gunk off and honestly afterwards it didn't even look like the car was cleaned at all! I had to go back though as I bought a 5 pack car wash deal. So went back and asked them to spray mirrors and front grill better as first time. Kid working ( who I've never had seen before ) was like " oh those are hard to get off" um. I'm at s car wash!!! A good little spray /scrub should do the trick! This place is much cheaper than the carwash on Columbia Center Blvd. that I usually go to. Also, it's much easier to get in and out of. That said, I got the fanciest wash they offer and still had bug guts and spots all over my car. Even when I get the basic wash at the other place, I don't have as many leftover guts and spots. The guys were very nice, but they don't do a good job of scrubbing down the front of the car with the brush before sending you through the automated wash. If you own a truck, do not go here! I've had nothing but issues with this place. I've even tried multiple locations within the tricities with the same result. It started with my first wash, I went through and was told the sensors turned off the soap and wash because my truck was tall... I'm unsure what that means because my truck is not lifted or taller than any other vehicles that went before me. The line was long and they had to reset the system, I could have waited for another 30 minutes to go back through. My next visit, they decided to change their hitch policy. My hitch tucks back underneath the truck and doesn't stick out anywhere. This removes the concern of catching anything. They would not send me through unless I removed it. It's locked and I didn't have the key with me, so I had to drive away without being washed. They told me, "we cannot send you through" We live in the tri-cities with many many trucks and I'm certain many that have hitches. This is the dumbest policy. I'm displeased by this establishment and have had many people go elsewhere because of this. I have since had my monthly wash cancelled. I will never go back to a Bush car wash nor will I recommend them to anyone. read more

The absolute worst bush car wash. I payed 18$ and there was still dirt on my trunk and my rims were still dirty and still water marks. There's only 2 people working at all times. When every other bush has like 4. I've came by and seen managers just sitting inside while there's 1 worker outside doing every station. We got a free good-for-one-car-wash coupon and decided to give it a try. This is our second car wash experience here in the Tricities and found this non-touchless car wash a bit disappointing. I personally prefer touchless car washes to avoid getting any marks on my car. I must say though my car was pretty dirty from all the dust and dirt, and it ended up pretty clean (not spotless). I do have a favourite part to offer though: setting the gear to neutral and letting them control how fast to go thru the wash-- especially the dryer part! Three "Bush" car washes in town. I have been to this one more often. I have met the manager and he is serious about customer service. There have been a couple of annoyances. When the car does not get clean for whatever reason the staff is reluctant to wash it again these days. I do not let my car get especially dirty. It is garaged most of the time. But it was outside in a dust storm. A bit of rain and wham, the car is a mess. I run it thru the wash once and most nooks and cranny so are dripping mud if you want to call it that. I run it around and ask someone to look at it and the staff just kinda looks at and offers to wipe it down. Wiping sand off a car finish is like taking wet sand paper to the finish. The promise that the car come out clean is kinda went by the way side. Today I get behind a pick-up. The sign says, "pick up beds must be swept and clean". I sit waiting ten minutes in the line behind the truck because the attendant doesn't know what do. The pick-up can't back up over me, and she can't allow the truck into the car wash. WE are waiting for another employee to drive from where ever to come and look at what is in the bed of the truck and make a decision she is not comfortable making obviously. It turns out the truck bed is full of something and visible above the edge of the truck bed is a tire. So something was in that truck bed and on top of it was a tire. I chose not to be behind a truck bed full of whatever it was being thrashed by car wash brushes and potentially thrown all over the place or embedded in the brushes to annihilate the finish of the cars behind it. The truck went into the car wash and I had to back out of the poorly designed entrance to the car wash and leave. Now that I know pick ups are going into the car wash with material in the open truck beds, I will not return. Do you know what a tree branch does to the finish of your car when it flung at your car on a spinning brush? And I do not mean a three inch diameter branch. One little branch tangled in the brush spinning around striking your car. Think about it. read more

This is by far my favorite car wash! I was so excited for the one on Rd. 68 in Pasco, as it is much closer to me. I have a 2006 Toyota 4-Runner and this car wash always gets her spotless! Over Labor Day weekend, I took her through the car wash and my rear windshield wiper came off. It took me about 2 weeks to notice (it was summer and I hardly use it anyways). I went back to the car wash and saw the sign that said they were not responsible for damage to vehicles over 7 years old. I was nervous that I was not going to get any help as my car is just at the cut off. That being said, I filled out a form and was told the manager would call me within 72 hours. I got a call the next day from Rick Ball and he told me he had already placed the order through Toyota for my wiper. He called 2 days later to tell me it was in. When he heard that I worked close to the car wash, he offered to come to my work and put the wiper on for me!!! I have been going to Tim Bush Car wash ever since they opened and always pay for the premium car wash and always give them a generous tip. I am sad to say that I had to take the car through twice because my vehicle did not come out clean and the wheels were awful. They did not touch the wheels the first pass through like they have done in the past. One of the service man told me that my wheels have not been taken care of and that they could not take of the break dust. The statement made to me I feel was very unprofessional. Both times a pickup truck was a head of me and got a wash from top to bottom before entering the wash and my car got a lick and a promise even after I ask that the rear be prewashed. $13.00 for a wash that leaves the back of my car dirty. Save your money and stay away! I have gone to this new Bush Car Wash location a few times and will never again return. On my last visit, I was feeling lazy and decided to take the easy approach and use the drive through car wash that is conveniently located at the busy intersection of Rd. 68. Every other time, I had purchased the cheapest car wash and it has never fully cleaned my vehicle. Specifically, the back of my wagon which is vertically flat versus a contoured surface. On this visit, I decided to purchase the $11 car wash which is the second best car wash that they offer. I additionally informed them about my previous car wash experiences and asked them to make sure that the back was cleaned (they have a brush that they use for the windshields and the parts of the vehicle that they see fit to use the brush on (i.e. vehicle trim). The next day I noticed that my antennae cover was broken (literally fractured off, the break was easy to detect) in addition to having dirt left on the back of my vehicle like every other time. I immediately went back to the car wash located on Rd. 68 and Burden and spoke with the Manager. I asked him if he found my broken antennae from my car wash on the previous day. He pretended to go look for it and came back out with a form to file a damage complaint. He asked me for the year of my vehicle which is a 2002 and then he proceeded to tell me that their policy doesn't cover any vehicle older than 7 years. I drive a German made car (Mercedes Benz) and commented that the owner of the car wash sells BMWs (also German made) and should know how robust the vehicles are regardless of being older than 7 years. He said he was sorry and that was their policy and I responded by saying that I would be leaving a bad review and that he could tell the owner that I tried to give them a chance to fix the damage caused by their car wash. This $11 car wash is now going to cost me a lot more and I didn't even get a clean vehicle out of the deal. I recommend using Liberty Car Wash down the street which conveniently lets you use your debit card and you pay for the amount of time that you want to use their personal spray wash system. This is very convenient compared to other types that make you continue to put in money when your time is running out. read more

Was NOT Happy with my experience at your facility today. Usually my husband takes care of this, me the side passenger. But today, all by my self. So I read the board and decided on the most expensive package, when a pleasant young man walked up. I stated this is my first time and I have some questions. I wanted to know if you guys vacuumed the car out. No....you have to do it yourself. But I'm getting the expensive deal and your telling me I have to do it myself..... not happy for an old lady. So I handed over the money and he asked if I wanted the token. Lights are flashing....cuz I've been there dozen of times before with my husband--- yes, the expensive package and no one ever gave us the token before for the vacuum . Buyers Beware. So I go through the wash and at the end another kid standing there....to blot the front window and to take the plastic bag off the back window washer. So I asked for my moist towelette to wipe off the dashboard......NO, we don't do that anymore, discontinued......17.00 package and you don't get the inside clean. Surprised cuz we just got one last week. What really pissed me off was this kid started rolling his eyes at me....like he was twelve years old. So I proceed to the vacuum....which only runs for 4 minutes. Then flipped out my side mirrors and found out they were never cleaned....total disappointment. Awful. Spent $10 & my car is still dirty and streaked with soap. The wad of tape they put on my rear windshield wiper left a residue of dirt and soap. For $2 more I could have gone to Mr Lube and gotten a good wash and the interior vacuumed and wiped down. read more
