I truly appreciated the quick response to questions, explanation of services and options to pay by invoice or cash. We rented the Mercedes luxury limo with blue tooth speakers and TV screens. There were just 5 of us so we had plenty of room and could leave our purchases in the vehicle in between stops. The limo was stocked with plenty of cold water and soft drinks on ice. Only downside was a few of us felt a little car sick to start, especially if you are sitting sideways, as the ride could be a little bumpy. I wished I would have taken a dramamine or something. If you get car sick easy, when someone else is driving, consider this. Our driver Andrew was wonderful. Very courteous, helpful, friendly and funny too. I liked how he carefully placed a step stool and helped us on and off the ride safely too. We could easily text Andrew to let him know when we were ready to go. We went to Kiona and Terra Blanca on Red Mountain, then ended at Kimo's for food and drinks. So glad Rick recommended Terra Blanca, as the views were stunning. The vehicle is very spacious and clean and it was fun to play our own music. The wide windows made for beautiful views of the vineyards. I would definitely use them again next time I am in town.

Covid or not he is very unprofessional ! He even called me "dude " in his lame ass excuse.....I asked when did the other people book ? He insisted a couple days before me ....I call BS !! On our most recent trip we went with some members of a local band to a music gig an hour away. We had a great time and lots of fun on the ride there with our limo driver Mel taking extra care of loading and unloading of passengers and gear. We had a great time at the gig. And when we were done he was there ready to take us home. The best part of all was the safe, relaxing, and stress free ride home at 3am! This is priceless! Thank you Mel, Steve, and Aladin Limousine! When I had set up the reservation I specifically asked if we needed to decide a route or if that was done for us. I was assured that the day would be planned (including a break for lunch) unless we had specific wineries we wanted to visit. The first winery our driver took us to was a reservation only winery. The driver was unfamiliar with the wineries and didn't know how to pronounce most of them. After that we tried to come up with our own plan and limped through the day trying to make the best of things. For our final stop downtown she dropped us off and said to let her know when we would be ready to go. When we asked her what wineries to visit and where to eat lunch (it was 4pm by then and we were starving) she said we would have to ask some locals because she had no idea. Our driver was a nice lady, but seemed more focused on studying for her test she is taking this week. She was also using her phone/texting while driving which is illegal in the state. Overall it was a poorly executed tour.
