This employee pointed in the general direction of the second employee so we walked toward the pointed-at direction and asked employees if their name was "xxx" until we found the right one. We explained what we needed and this employee advised they could assist with product purchase only. Product was purchased so now we need someone to assist with the issues needing resolution. Second employee refers us back to first employee. We get same response......"Here, this employee will help you". Third employee immediately introduces themselves and you can tell they are not only LISTENING to the issues but WANTs to resolve them. (There IS difference between hearing and listening). It didn't take long at all before the issues were resolved and we were on our way out the door.
