Once the change in management happened, the customer service has gone down. Though it is a low cost option, it doesn't need to treat its customers in the way they do. When there is issues with the laundry or payment, the store refuses to call they have the driver call with half the information. If you are bold enough to take the customers' money, you should be equally as bold to call the customer if their an issue. This is not how you do business. Especially one who has stood by the business through their transition. The worse if it is the person they have answering the phones doesn't even know how to explain the situation either. They don't do payments and it is someone else who does it. Its very frustrating when the service you are paying your money to complete a task doesn't know how to communicate to their clients. That is bad business practice.

They provide a 1.5-hour window for pickup and delivery but are consistently 2 to 3 hours late, making it impossible to plan around, especially if you need to go to work. They often call 10 minutes before arriving telling you they are at your door--if they have the correct address at all--which means you have to wait outside. Even if you're forced to take a work-from-home day because of their delays, the first few hours are still highly disruptive. On top of that, they have lost my laundry before and now rarely answer calls or texts. I used to love the convenience of this service, but unfortunately, I won't be using them again. Don't just read the reviews from before, that was when the service was good :(

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this business. I've been bringing my clothes here…read morefor about 2 years and I've spent hundreds of dollars for dry cleaning and minor alterations during that period. I dropped off a stack of clothes about two weeks ago, and picked up this afternoon. Upon arriving home, I realized that my white blouse (a white button up, long sleeve) had yellow streaks on both sleeves as well as sporting on the front by the collar. The shirt did not have stains before I brought it in and I asked for a dry cleaning. I took the shirt back about 10 minutes later. The woman proceeded to tell me that the shirt was like that when I brought it in (a $200 shirt in like new condition). She would not take accountability for the staining and insisted that I did not know what I was talking about--as though I didn't know what my own clothes looked like before I brought them in. She gave me my $8 back unprompted and commented that she could try stain removal AGAIN. This wasn't an "again" situation--there was not significant yellowing to the top before I brought it there. I walked out, and went to another cleaner/tailor. This individual confirmed my suspicion: given the extent of the yellowing, it's likely that the blouse reacted to something applied to it during cleaning. I should have known better--just two months ago, the sleeve of another sweater was damaged here following a repair (I didn't complain then because it was minor, but I should have). Based on my experience today, I do not believe that this business respects its customers and stands by its services. I hope that others have better luck.

There was a new person at the desk. When I asked for my shirts to be laundered (as they always were), he pointed to one and said that it had to be dry cleaned. He then tells me that it would be Monday before I can get them back. He then hands me a ticket for 3x the price I normally pay while mumbling something about the price being too cheap. Seems like this place is having issues (perhaps financial) and this person was there to overcharge loyal customers to make up for the gap. To be clear, here are my issues: 1. An attempt was made to overcharge me. 2. I was asked to pay upfront for the over charge, which indicates distrust And potential racism. 3. This individual did not care that I was a regular and that I was able to quote the prices that I normally pay. We really have to stop letting business come into neighborhoods and taking advantage of residents. I will never be back and caution everyone else to triple check your bill. Finally, I have attached a pic so that it's who I am referring to.

I came in to do laundry and the ATM machine was down so I had to Zelle them money to wash clothes. I wash my clothes I use the same amount I always used in putting in liquid soap and the same Setting it wasn't showing hardly any of the soap I put in which I found odd I what ever it and figured maybe it will pick up more later usually it suds up quick it stood that way the whole time so I let it be. I went to dry them on the big giant drying machines and paid for 45 minutes the bottom 2 machines. It started for 2 minutes and then gave me an error I pressed start again thinking maybe it was just me and now the 2nd machine stop and also gave me an error. I let the staff know I paid for 45 minutes to dry my clothes I spoke to the skinny younger Hispanic woman with curly brown hair. She came over looked at the machine and pressed start on both of them and it gave us the error after it spun for 1-2 minutes and she kept hitting start again 2-3 times then told me move some clothes from this machine to an other I told her his is a smaller load than what I usually do but followed her instructions. She told me to get her when I moved the clothes and I did and I asked her before hand is this a better size load to work with and she said yes. She added 10 minutes to the machine and I reminded her I paid for 45 minutes again and she watched the machine and again now not only the 2 big ones I paid for but the medium one she told me to put some Clothes in gave an error as well. She told me move all the clothes from one of the big ones and split it in to 2 machines and she would fill it I did as I was told. And went to let her know I'm done moving the clothes asked her if that was ok for the load because I've always used the big dryer machines. She said yes and then proceeded to add 20 minutes to dry my clothes to which I explained miss you only put 20 on each machine when I paid for 45 minutes she told me the time she was troubleshoot the machines counts as used time and I explained you didn't even have a out of order sign telling me the machines where messed up we went back and forth and I explained her trouble shooting should not count as me drying my clothes because the machines were displaying error and would not dry the clothes, she got annoyed and yelled at me "I have to get back to work" and added 20 minutes to the 3 new machines. This is not how you treat customers nor how you should do business with people. She walked away and I stop to stop 4 other customers from using the machine that I had the error with she would not even put an out of order sign on it.
