After the mandatory 75% deposit the story changed to "the price is for the job not the sq ft". When pricing the job I knew they over estimated the sq footage because I can do math... when I brought up the discrepancy I was told it would be settled when the measurements were taken. Well, you have to put the deposit down before they come out to take measurements. When I confronted them after the fact they said they would refund me minus $500 for time they put in. Well, interesting they were overcharging me a a little over $500... Then the installation was messed up because of measurements. Took a lot of stress and a few extra bucks to do a simple counter replacement. Never would I suggest anyone use them

The installers who barely could communicate with you as they didn't speak good English cut our the support boards in the sink base to install the sink. They did not bring the correct tools to do the job and used mine. When finished they left their mess. Didn't even clean up after themselves. They also broke the sliders on one of the drawers, threw the parts from it away or took them with them and didn't even tell us. The one picture attached shows the ball bearings and supports that hold them in missing. The second picture shows what it should look like. I called for the owner of RIO Stone Group. I felt it was important for him to know and understand they type of work his employees were doing. Needless to say I got the run around from their employees and never received a call back from the Operations Manager or Owner. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

When I reported the damage, the company falsely claimed that he did not scratch the inside of the toilet--unbelievable. After persistent efforts and multiple emails, they finally agreed to replace my toilet with one they said was equivalent to the damaged one. However, the replacement was nowhere near the same quality or value. Despite my attempts to follow up via calls and emails, I received no response from their service manager, Steve, who initially was unwilling to replace the toilet in the first place. I even requested to speak with the owner, but no one has responded. This has caused a significant inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was willing to pay the difference to get a replacement comparable to what was damaged, even though it's their fault I shouldn't have to, but I was exhausted from the back-and-forth.
