Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and just go to another company…read more I hate that we spent thousands of dollars with this company. We had a complete kitchen remodel with new sink, countertops and backsplash. We were told we could not use the sink for 24 hours after install, so we obliged. When we went to hook up the sink again, we found that they left all of our water lines exposed during the install, causing the lines to get clogged and then we had to spend hundreds more to get a plumber to come fix that issue. (All we got from the company was, "Oh, I am sorry, but we aren't plumbers"). Yes, they aren't plumbers, but they should know not to leave water lines exposed for debris to collect in the lines. Also, we ordered our subway tile backsplash and the employee did not order it from the tile company. When they came to install the countertops they were suppose to leave the tile with us so we could have someone else install it. Well, she tried to blame me for a miscommunication, when it was clear it was her fault and she just neglected to order it. Once I sent her screen shots of our conversation she apologized and said she would have it shipped immediately. She did not do this, and it took over a week for the tile to even be delivered. This caused us to cancel our tile install and push that project back even further. We now have a kitchen with walls that have been ripped apart, and no tile to even install. This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with and I strongly recommend you RUN the other way! They have cost us hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands we already paid them for their terrible service. JUST RUN!!!!!!!

It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

However, Brenda made it super easy for us and we love how it came out. What we love about Maranatha is their exceptional customer service. Initially, we did have an issue with our backsplash getting installed. The installers made them very crooked and uneven. After we mentioned it, Maranatha came back out to inspect it and they agreed with us 100%. Maranatha ended up replacing our backsplash and hired the right installers to do the job and it looks amazing! Overall, the staff is very professional. Their showroom is great with options that you can easily envision in your own home. We love our new faucet and our countertops made our kitchen very modern. The granite is beautiful but they pulled my cabinet away from the island mount and they messed up…read morethe plumbing reattachment so badly that my dishwasher was inoperable. They supplied a sink that is stained on the saddle. It looked like something i could clean, but it remains after multiple cleaning agents were used. The person they sent to reattach the plumbing had me take him to Lowes *twice* to get parts (he didn't get the right parts on the first trip) and he took all the parts, including my filter, with him so I could not take them back for a refund. Not installing the filter could have resulted in a bad smell according to the real plumber that did the correction. Company did not respond to texts and phone messages. Do NOT do business with this company!!!
