First of all, let me just say that the actual roofing and service the team did was amazing. My…read morebiggest issue is communication. It was horrible during the process. The representative we communicated with told us times that were not accurate. There were interruptions during the process, and then reasons were given that had nothing to do with us or the integrity of the business. There has even been things after the fact that the representative said he would do that has not been done yet. So I know you may be reading this and think it is a horrible review. It is definitely not, but as a fellow business owner, I know how important communication and integrity is. So beyond that, this is a great company. I think the overall value was good as well.

In 50+ years of homeownership I have never encountered a worse company than BDry. We paid them over…read moreten thousand dollars to encapsulate our crawlspace and $200 per year for three years to inspect it to be sure it was still in good waterproofed condition. Because I'm not able to crawl under the house to check their work, it was not until we had a leak in the kitchen and a water remediation company was called that I learned the truth. They took pictures of gaping holes in the plastic encapsulation with whole sections of wall that had no plastic. The plastic was just laid up next to the concrete block so that any moisture from the dirt below just traveled up the wall back into the crawlspace. BDry had cut a hole in the plastic encapsulation and dumped the water from the dehumidifier under the plastic onto the dirt below instead of putting in the sump pump we paid for. Probably because the sump pump was buried only 2 inches in the ground instead of being flush with the dirt. I doubt it worked at all. I could go on for pages but, hopefully, you get the idea. I have never felt so scammed by a company. We gave BDry a chance to fix the problems but they only added a few extra pieces of plastic and still left the dehumidifier dumping water into a hole they cut in the plastic. They did replace the broken dehumidifier because it was guaranteed. But because damp air kept recirculating round and round under the house I suppose it would've broken again pretty quickly. We only asked BDry for a refund of $600 for three years of yearly service to inspect for problems. To date they have not paid us. We had to hire another company to completely rework our crawl space. If someone had taken the time to write about their negative experience with BDry I never would've hired them and saved myself A LOT of money and heartache. Don't just walk away from BDry-RUN!!!

David walked us through each part of our "dream backyard" with creativity and explanation. David educated us from the get go on landscaping. Boulders, water, fire. When the crew arrived to begin our hard scape/landscape work, we were so impressed with each young man and their kindness and professionalism. Every morning as the crew arrived, they greeted us, shared their goals for the day and answered every question we had. This company has INCREDIBLE INTEGRITY as well. When David Sharp gave us his word on costs, any extras etc., he stood behind every word! There were NO surprises. We were at ease during the entire job! We looked forward to the crew arriving each morning. Our new backyard is beyond everything we dreamed of! "EXCELLENCE" is the word we use to describe this company.
