The installers who barely could communicate with you as they didn't speak good English cut our the support boards in the sink base to install the sink. They did not bring the correct tools to do the job and used mine. When finished they left their mess. Didn't even clean up after themselves. They also broke the sliders on one of the drawers, threw the parts from it away or took them with them and didn't even tell us. The one picture attached shows the ball bearings and supports that hold them in missing. The second picture shows what it should look like. I called for the owner of RIO Stone Group. I felt it was important for him to know and understand they type of work his employees were doing. Needless to say I got the run around from their employees and never received a call back from the Operations Manager or Owner. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

When pricing the job I knew they over estimated the sq footage because I can do math... when I brought up the discrepancy I was told it would be settled when the measurements were taken. Well, you have to put the deposit down before they come out to take measurements. When I confronted them after the fact they said they would refund me minus $500 for time they put in. Well, interesting they were overcharging me a a little over $500... Then the installation was messed up because of measurements. Took a lot of stress and a few extra bucks to do a simple counter replacement. Never would I suggest anyone use them

Absolute worst company I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and just go to another company…read more I hate that we spent thousands of dollars with this company. We had a complete kitchen remodel with new sink, countertops and backsplash. We were told we could not use the sink for 24 hours after install, so we obliged. When we went to hook up the sink again, we found that they left all of our water lines exposed during the install, causing the lines to get clogged and then we had to spend hundreds more to get a plumber to come fix that issue. (All we got from the company was, "Oh, I am sorry, but we aren't plumbers"). Yes, they aren't plumbers, but they should know not to leave water lines exposed for debris to collect in the lines. Also, we ordered our subway tile backsplash and the employee did not order it from the tile company. When they came to install the countertops they were suppose to leave the tile with us so we could have someone else install it. Well, she tried to blame me for a miscommunication, when it was clear it was her fault and she just neglected to order it. Once I sent her screen shots of our conversation she apologized and said she would have it shipped immediately. She did not do this, and it took over a week for the tile to even be delivered. This caused us to cancel our tile install and push that project back even further. We now have a kitchen with walls that have been ripped apart, and no tile to even install. This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with and I strongly recommend you RUN the other way! They have cost us hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands we already paid them for their terrible service. JUST RUN!!!!!!!
