They served me bad, inedible food and then yelled at us for not being patient enough to wait through a second hour for a replacement? Please. You make a poor dish, own it, apologize and make it right. I would happily have waited a reasonable amount of time for that. After one hour and 15 minutes with zero communication, that is not on me,it's on you. Own it! When we decided to go to Palermo on vacation, I made a point of making a reservation to visit Buatta, and I'm VERY glad I did! Tip: All the ingredients for the food served here are sourced from the local market; they use special flour when baking their bread, and all the food tastes exceptional! The house-made pastas we selected were amazing, the Focaccia bread was Heavenly, and the black pork was delicious and incredibly flavorful.  The services was exceptional, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable given the extremely high quality of the food.  There's no question that we'll return the next time we're in Palermo!
