Wayne obviously knows his business, has a no bs demeanor, and went out of his way to ensure I knew what he was telling me was accurate (ie bring down the rat traps the last company left - with carcasses, from my attic). He took pictures of the hole the rodents were using and he sealed the hole! His fees are reasonable and if I hadn't just signed up with another quarterly pest control company literally 2 days ago, he'd have that business from me too! Turns out he did a termite job across the street just a couple months ago - and that neighbor went out of his way to catch-up with Wayne. He's a standup guy that does what he says he's going to do and takes pride in what he does. I've already recommended him to a friend in St Pete who suspects critters are squatting in her attic.

He came out the same day and did a thorough inspection of my house, inside, outside and up in the attic. We had emergency sugar ant situations, and he was able to schedule very quickly. He was punctual and very informative. He uses only natural and pet-safe products (we have a dog). He can explain any bug situation and his eradication process to you. We learned so much during his most recent visit. He is very methodical and started with the inside of our home (every square inch); then finished with the exterior. Besides ants, we also have spiders and other weird insects since we are in a marshy area. His baits and traps are effective with all bugs and critters. He offered a one year warranty and guarantees his work. I love that he is truly a small business and not a commercial, in-your-face with spam pest company. I called around to many places that would only make an inspection visit to quote me for $X amount and then would need to schedule again to actually treat our bug issue for $X amount. Frustrating and a waste of time. We are glad to have found Bill "The Bug Guy" (his words). Thanks, Bill!
