1. I asked to show up during the time when my help will be there, because I was bed ridden and couldn't open the door myself. They showed up three hours after my help left. 2. Then they reschedule it twice last minutes, wasting my money because my help has to stay and wait for them to show up. My help was paid hourly. 3. Finally they serviced the house, but a week later the ants were and still are in my house. 4. I cancelled the services. 5. They send me the bill for the services, they didn't provide, blaming me for not being home. In the reminder letter they indicated one time, but they never showed up in that time frame. I have all the emails. 6. They are still coming, although I cancelled the services in November. 7. I spoke with the admin, and that witch yelled at me. Again. Do not do business with these people!!! They came to my house in Hudson Florida and the sales rep explained the process to me and that they were in the area all the time and had experience treating the houses here with flat roofs. And that they were going to drill holes in the concrete around the house and treat for subterranean termites. And also how they were going to treat for dry wood termites. But when the technician arrived he had a different idea. So after calling his boss they decided to drill holes inside of the house in the ceiling and inject the pesticide into the holes. So he drilled the holes and injected the pesticide into the holes and into the fiberglass insulation. So after 5 different instances of termites swarming in my house I called my salesman and asked how come they didn't drill the holes like he had told me they were going to. His answer was " they had changed the way they were going to do it" something called bait and switch. So after calling Rollins the company that owns orkin and I got a call from Jason the manager and I was told that they had gone above and beyond treating my house. So I asked him why they would make their pesticide into a aerosol and spray it into fiberglass insulation and how far did he expect that treatment to travel being it was sprayed into a material that was made to prevent drafts inside your house. Orkin came by today to check for mice and spray around my house. During the appointment after agent comes out of the attic a corner of the drywall was hanging. My fiancé asked him what happened to our ceiling when he noticed a piece of the corner of drywall was hanging down. The agent gets completely rude and disrespectful saying that he wasn't at fault and he didn't cause this problem. As they were talking about it he said it's not his fault the ceiling completely collapsed and almost hit my fiancé in the head. There was insulation going all over my newborn baby's brand new stroller. She is coming on Monday. The Orkin manager Dan came back today to the house he said that there would be a verdict on Monday. So now we have to deal with a broken attic ceiling and insulation that completely covers our garage and the stroller ourselves. They are leaving the mess that they caused us to deal with over the weekend. This is completely unprofessional and unexpected. We hired Orkin because we thought there were a professional company who stands behind their work without causing further problems for us to deal with. But after locking us in to an almost $9,000 contract they have not been standing behind their work. The people that replaced and laid new insulation in our attic did a great job but other than that we are disappointed. They also said they would repair a hole in our wall and now after we signed the contract they went back on their word. read more

If I could do less than one star, I would. This company is made of scammers. They take it vantage of their customers, especially the senior citizens they run game in their wording, they promise some service that they do not intend to ever deliver. The manager of the Newport Richy, Oregon is very rude. He does not shoot for customer satisfaction. He's actually a smart mouth punk who believes he can get away with miss, treating people and talking to people as though they live in the ghetto. Be aware especially if you are a senior citizen besides that we now have stores that are called do it yourself pest control and you can go there and get the same exact products that they use Orkin will charge you $700 for the service when you can go pick up the supplies for $100 and apply it yourself Huge savings I just want to pass it on to everyone. read more

I'm very picky on who does work on my house and customer service is very important, ever since I had Orkin technician David (Dave) S., who came and does the bug spray inside and outside the house, I'm very satisfied with his work. He is very detailed and very friendly. I feel bad when I have to give him the last minute cancellation but he make it work out and he is so sweet about it. I will never do that to him again. He is also very responsive and let just say, I'm giving him thousands and millions of thumb ups! Thank you Dave for all your work!!!! read more

After calling 5 mom and pops with sketchy results I finally called Orkin for initial visit and monthly They gave me a good deal and the guy spent maybe 30 minutes outside clearing out old nests and things before coming in house They have good apps tracking arrival time etc Will update if I see bugs!!! I was wrong, had an appointment scheduled (because I have a contract) They texted to confirm and 53 minutes before they were scheduled, they text to say they can't come, and will be here tomorrow. I haven't used them just yet except for a first visit. the guy was nice and helpful. we didn't have the $ to do what was neede but he did do a treatment for 50$. they will return next month to fog. I know a few that really were satisified, so we will see. so far so good read more

I'm not sure where to begin other than say DON'T DO IT! After 6 mos of lies, half ass work and wasted waiting appt. times I'm still dealing with rats!! I'm disgusted! They promised one thing (force you into a monthly service or they don't warranty the exclusion)and I'm having to FIGHT to make sure it's done right. Horrible customer service!! The salesman Danny literaly yelled and argued with me. After speaking to the manager Jim I completely understand why now. I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had with this company. First of all I told them I had an urgent matter and needed an inspection as soon as possible. I found a bug that looked like a tiny beetle and wanted to make sure it wasn't bed bugs. Their next available time was for 3pm the following day. In the meantime several other companies called me back to schedule and I said I was all set. One hour before my appointment a man called to tell me that the guy scheduled to come out was out sick and he was to cover him but couldn't get to me until the following day. Why have people cover you that can't, first of all? I was finally able to get the guy to come out and inspect my home. He found absolutely nothing. He did do a thorough inspection but there was no traces of anything. I showed him a paper that I taped the bug to and he said it was bed bugs without a doubt. Then showed me a picture of bed bugs....but they didn't even look similar. I got two other professional opinions and found out they were drugstore beetles! So needless to say I did not spend the $1200 I was quoted for treatment. Beware of these big companies! I had my air conditioning checked and was told by a big company I needed a whole new one, and then another guy came and said I needed only a part. I was quoted 6K and paid $100! These companies are probably taking advantage of single woman and the elderly left and right. Give your small business owners a chance, They won't mess with you! read more

Incredible fast response time! Dennis very quickly evaluated my termite issues then offered a plan of extermination with a suitable price. He was very knowledgeable and has a wealth of information. Kevin was the technician who treated my tool shed for both dry wood and subterranean termites and did several tasks in and around my house to insure that I will not have an infestation. He was very efficient and thorough. Also he was very patient with my incessant questioning about the process. His over 20 years of experience was evident. He leaves you with a feeling of confidence that termites WILL NOT be an issue on my property.
