They kept coming back on a reliable schedule until all the palm rats were gone. The entrance ways were sealed (and there were many, unfortunately), the dead rats were removed, and live ones chased away. At the end they deodorized and sanitized our property and left us in perfect condition. We contracted with them in February after hearing the critters scampering in our attic spaces. Very unprofessional! I was also informed by a previous customer of Holt who hired and paid him $1400.00 to get rid of her termites that the heat treatment did not work!
