We had a new lawn installed and hired Shuster to treat and maintain the lawn. They made lots of…read morepromises on how they will ensure sprinklers were set right and anything else we would need to do in order to have a beautiful lawn. We would only have to pay them and follow their guidance. They actually gave zero advise and let a large section die. When we called them to come out to explain the issue and how to repair it their only advise was more water in that section and replace that area again. He offered no additional fertilizer or help at all. Although he acknowledged the sprinklers in that area were set correct, and it's watered more than an hour a week aside from the over 100 inches of rain this summer. I called to speak to the owner and he said he refused to come look at the lawn or help because his employee knows everything (according to the owner) and he could add nothing. This is the worst customer service you could possibly get from the owner of a company. Apparently they have plenty of business and don't need mine and I would NEVER recommend this to anyone who needs and expects good service for your money...

Just a few days later we left for an extended vacation and I worried that by the time we returned the house might have ants everywhere. I didn't need to worry. After 6 weeks away, no ants.
