Instead of owning their mistake, Ron Jackson (Owner) was very defensive and , aggressive and told me I would have to pay nearly double the quoted price for the original machine I requested. Obviously, very poor ethical and business practices. Will not be doing business here and would caution others. Response to owner: Unfortunately, this is another example of your dishonesty. When I called in to move my reservation back, due to weather, it was then that I learned that YOU had reserved the wrong machine. I am very detailed and know exactly what was requested. Additionally, when I made the reservation I stated numerous times that I needed a 12"-wide loader bucket and the machine you reserved only supports a 16"-wide bucket. Obviously, everyone makes mistakes and I understand that. It was how you responded defensively, lied and become aggressive over the phone. As an owner you should "own" your mistakes and take care of the customer. It is for these reasons that I will not return and I caution others.
