Was quoted and reserved a very specific machine a week in advance, only to find out that they…read morequoted and reserved the wrong machine. Instead of owning their mistake, Ron Jackson (Owner) was very defensive and , aggressive and told me I would have to pay nearly double the quoted price for the original machine I requested. Obviously, very poor ethical and business practices. Will not be doing business here and would caution others. Response to owner: Unfortunately, this is another example of your dishonesty. When I called in to move my reservation back, due to weather, it was then that I learned that YOU had reserved the wrong machine. I am very detailed and know exactly what was requested. Additionally, when I made the reservation I stated numerous times that I needed a 12"-wide loader bucket and the machine you reserved only supports a 16"-wide bucket. Obviously, everyone makes mistakes and I understand that. It was how you responded defensively, lied and become aggressive over the phone. As an owner you should "own" your mistakes and take care of the customer. It is for these reasons that I will not return and I caution others.

(I was a city guy until we reconnected and I'm now a Pasco County resident getting a new tire for her Toro ZTR mower. ) Anyway, I'd been doing price checks when she asked me what was taking so long. I said I was looking for a good deal and, ideally, some place close by. She said I appreciate your doing that but I could have saved you the time and effort. Called Braun's on 41. Well, I admit, I got a little indignant, quite certain that my research would unearth that are ratings for a deal than this place I had not yet spoken with. I am now sitting here, my head, virtually bowed and supplication, having learned my lesson. Darn good deal! Very convenient, and as I said, a very easy local firm to work with.
