Most places seemed to take no care in food preparation. So it was nice to see a review that said these were the best tapas in Spain were correct. The Blood Sausage for 1 euro was great. The mini burger ( veal and froie) were spectacular at 2.5 euro. We can also recommend the cheese plate and the pate plate. Two of us drank multiple beers and wine and ate our fill for 28 euro. It is a very small bar. Maybe 20 seats including the bar so get there at opening.

I think the most expensive was 3,70€ with most priced at 2,60€ or so. The weather has been a bit chilly, so we have sat inside rather than outside. It is very pleasant with upbeat music and stools. The restrooms are super clean. Service is absolutely excellent; friendly and efficient. We were never rushed and tapas would appear one after another instead of all at once. We feel they are genuinely happy you are here. The check has been between 18€ and 26€ for 6 tapas, 2x 0,0 beer and a sparkling water. There has not been a single time we have had to wait for a table. The tasting and museum visit are included in one price. The basic one for 5€ is 6 tastings, including two wines from a faucet on a wall! We had the upgraded tasting with 6 different types of sherry and the two faucet wines for 12€ each. It was GREAT. Our docent/wine host was very informative and very friendly. They include reds and whites and are generally very young. Heads up though, don't plan to get two different types of tastings and share with companions. They don't allow sharing. Hot tip: Ronda has lots of tour busses bringing visitors in from some bigger cities. Wait until they leave to get in and you'll have a better experience. Less crowded, less pressure to buy wine as you leave. We showed up around 2:45pm as they all moved out. We had our run of the place and they were a bit more lax with the tastings...

A Friendly Nice Place To Enjoy Some Wine & Tapas "…read more My wife and I visited this lovely tapas and wine bar where they made us very welcome and explained about the tapas dishes and wines. They have a very friendly staff and a good selection of wines and very affordable prices. On the shelves around the lounge area are a wide range of wines that are individually priced for sale. They also have live music in the evenings which we were lucky to listen too and adds to nice atmosphere of the Wine Bar.

After the tour, we entered the main tasting room and sat at tables that had 5 tasters of Sherry, a plate of cured meats, a bag of kettle chips, and a bag of traditional crackers I think the only thing missing was a few slices of cheese to go with the meats and Sherry. Of the five, my favorite was the cream flavor because the rest were all a little strange tasting. Near the entrance, there is a large gift shop that sells many tourist knick naks.
