From the clearly outlined application, waiver, and vaccination requirements to their thoughtful evaluation process, we continue to appreciate and value the staff's ongoing attention to details and vetting protocols that ensure a safe environment for all guests. We've been taking Roxy (our Mastiff mix) to DDO for about two years now for daycare 3x per week and boarding services as needed. Aside from the socialization Roxy gets while at DDO, there's a peace of mind that comes with knowing she's in an environment staffed by caring, kind, and attentive staff. In addition to being great, proactive communicators -- and super-responsive when we have inquiries -- the owner and entire of Doggie's Day Out of Palm Springs family, set a very high bar for professionalism and courtesy.

She'll first have a meet and greet to assess your dog's temperament and readiness for day care. She requires up to date documents for vaccinations. I realized in my research that a lot of the day cares for pets just have them penned up for most of the day which my dog would find boring and sad, but at Kelly's Kamp they are mingling in a pack, running and playing on the dog friendly grounds, and have access to her as their surrogate human which is what most of our dogs need. She also provides loads of pictures on the daycare's social media page so you know they are safely enjoying their day and you can have peace of mind. My dog came home tired and happy!

She is very thorough and great with our dogs. Two of our dogs are under-socialized and a bit shy. They both love Jen and took to her when they would avoid most people. Our oldest dog is a 16 year old Shih-Tzu. Our other two dogs are a large WHPG Mix and a Pit Bull/Shar Pei mix. Jen is great with all sizes and breeds of dogs. One of our dogs suffers from severe lumbar spondylosis and Jen makes sure that she gets her multiple medications during her stay. We get daily pics and updates as to how the dogs are doing each day. So, look no further for a pet-sitter. I'm a retired LEO and I trust Jen with the care of my pets and house.

She was a bit overgrown as her last groomer broke her arm. I contacted Veronica about the groom looking messy and overgrown after 2 weeks and requested the cut shorter. She shared my concern with her groomer making me look bad. Then she contacted me today about canceling my next appointment next week because she had another client who wanted that time slot. I confirmed I wanted the groom and asked again for a shorter "puppy" cut. She called me and declined service claiming it's not healthy for the dogs coat or skin and refused to cut any shorter. I explained I've been grooming my dogs for 18+ years and I know what is good for my dog. I didn't appreciate being schooled or scolded by this rude, condescending person. She then Canceled my appointment despite my advising I would leave a review about my experience on YELP. Also please note that the mobile grooming van is shabby, old and decrepit. I noticed many negative reviews about Veronica. She is NOT LICENSED and not kind at all. Very disrespectful, nasty girl. AVOID THIS GROOMER AT ALL COSTS!!!

We wanted someone to walk her, play for a bit and make sure she had food and water. Lori went above and beyond. Not only did Naya get attention, Lori came more than once a day and picked up dog poop and covered up some holes that our husky dug. My sister came to watch our crazy husky for the weekend and Naya decided she was going to bolt out the door. My sister, not familiar with the neighborhood was frantic! I called Lori who jumped in her car (after just having a procedure done) to come and help. All turned out well. Our girl got a lot of running in that day but boy what a comfort knowing Lori cares so much about our crazy girl.
