We wanted someone to walk her, play for a bit and make sure she had food and water. Lori went above and beyond. Not only did Naya get attention, Lori came more than once a day and picked up dog poop and covered up some holes that our husky dug. My sister came to watch our crazy husky for the weekend and Naya decided she was going to bolt out the door. My sister, not familiar with the neighborhood was frantic! I called Lori who jumped in her car (after just having a procedure done) to come and help. All turned out well. Our girl got a lot of running in that day but boy what a comfort knowing Lori cares so much about our crazy girl. She was unavailable to be the dog sitter herself, however, Madisyn let me know she had other employees who work for her to help us out. She immediately provided me with the contact info of a sitter on her team who was able to dog sit our Maverick for the three hours we needed. We worked with Siobhan who was super sweet! She came to the hotel we were staying at and spent time with Maverick while we were away at the Firebirds hockey game. Siobhan took him on a walk as well as sent me pictures and texts to keep my anxiety at ease. It was my first time using a dog sitter for him and she exceeded my expectations! I will absolutely utilize Sit, Stay, Relax if I'm in the area again. The flexibility, customer service and availability of Madisyn and her team is superb!

As a retired Veterinarian, I am very picky about how things are managed in our home as it relates to the care of our kitties. To date, Tawny has been able to meet and/or exceed my/our expectations in all respects without any problems or issues. Our three cats have very different needs. Our oldest cat is dealing with advanced renal failure, and Tawny has been able to give him subcutaneous fluids, feed him controlled diet, and administer medication in his food without any problems. Our youngest cat had a stroke about two years ago, and Tawny has been able to give her medication twice a day in order to prevent recurring seizures, again without any problems. Our third cat is very shy, and she sometimes finds herself under attack by either our oldest or youngest cat. Tawny has been able to manage these confrontations whenever they have occurred in her presence. Overall, Tawny does a great job taking care of all three cats. In addition to feeding and treating them, she plays with them, and gives them needed attention, and she keeps us up to date as to how things are going at home. She sends us daily progress notes, and she always includes pictures of all three kitties. In addition, she brings in our mail, puts out our garbage, and makes sure our house is clean and in great shape when we return home. We highly recommend Tawny's services. She is hard-working, trustworthy, and very caring towards the animals that she looks after. If you are in need of this kind of service, you can't go wrong working with Tawny and Fur Buddies!
