Coming to a complete stop. Arm staying put down on the record. Took it into a guy 3 times before them to no avail, bought a new motor, new transistors, etc. Dropped it off to these guys and ran them through the scenario and after a couple of drop offs/pick ups they found the issue and it's been no problem ever since. Super helpful along the way, calls keeping me updated on the process and what was going on all for a fair price. I thought I was SOL, but the beauty Pioneer is rolling! Cheers to you guys.

They may seem kind and generous when you're purchasing from them, but they are not ethical when purchasing from you.

A manager should not act disrespectful towards employees for a choice i made on my own, it is unbelievable that they allow someone like that to run a store, especially when the employees were nicer than him.

I had a stereo installed yesterday in my fiancé's truck at this Best Buy location yesterday. I had…read morewonderful customer service from the people who sold me the stereo, made the appointments, picked up the parts to get it installed and then a couple days later to the guys who installed the stereo. I was especially impressed with the guys who installed the stereo. The guys installed the stereo in the truck in a timely manner and did a great job explaining everything once it was ready. Then I left and went about my day but I got a call back about 20 minutes later though because when they were installing a microphone or something they took a small toothpick out of the side of the truck by the door. To anyone else they'd pry throw the toothpick away and think it was gross or weird. The guy called and said he meant to but he forgot to put it back before I left but he was worried it might be sentimental or something meaningful so he wanted to know if I wanted to come back and get it. My fiancé got his truck from his grandpa who has recently passed away. My fiancé's grandpa for some reason always had two toothpicks in his truck along with a few other random things from working on the farm so this was very meaningful for my fiancé. He has lots of memories with him working on the farm and all the little things he'd have with him in the truck. I was SO impressed that these guys installing the radio paid that much attention to the detail and were SO thoughtful to call back about it!

Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.
