This was especially frustrating considering there were open tables and seats visible, it was cold outside, and we were traveling with two toddlers. We also don't live in the area, so leaving and "hoping" to return wasn't a realistic option. If the kitchen was backed up, that's understandable -- but the lack of accommodation, empathy, or even basic courtesy made us feel unwelcome. First impressions matter, and this experience felt less like managing a wait and more like being brushed off. I can't speak to the food because we never got the chance to try it, but based on customer service alone, I wouldn't recommend this place -- especially to families or out-of-town visitors.
