Out of all the yelp and google reviews this one stood out to me. I inquired to get a quote and received a call same day to go over pricing. The call was the perfect balance of inquiry, salesman ship but most importantly true aloha spirit. I got other quotes all similar in pricing but didn't have the same experience I did with my initial quote call. Because of the customer experience I chose this company. I reached out to inquire about scheduling an install and the hard part was done for me, this company truly made the whole process seem less. They removed my old system and quickly installed my new one all in the same day. We had gone without the AC for a few months and it was so nice to finally be cooling off the house. I *hate* making phone calls, but the receptionist was SUPER nice, so that immediately put me at ease. Their quote was flat rate and very reasonable so I was happy I wouldn't be guessing how much it would come to at the end. She apologized for not being able to get me in the week I called but was able to fit me in the next week - which was faster than I had expected! The technician came at the quoted time and took about an hour, which is how long they had told me on the phone. It says something about other companies on island that this is a noteworthy comment! He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the visible spots he had cleaned, but the best thing is now our AC is back to being icy cold - I had to bump it up to make it warmer! - and it smells nice and clean. They arrived on time and started knocking out units one by one. They cleared the area, removed the outer housing/filters and cleaned everything, put a waterproof shroud around the unit and a drop cloth on the ground, applied coil cleaner and pressure washed the inside until the water ran clear. Sanitized the inside unit. After completing all of the inside units, they went outside and deep cleaned the outside units and inspected refrigerant levels on the units. One of our units was 3 lbs short out of 4, so Keahi gave us options on how to resolve. They are very meticulous while cleaning and courteous when going into your house. They had to work especially long trying to cleaning one of our units (filled an entire bucket), but the results were amazing. We look forward to using them again in the future. Mahalo!

Within a couple of weeks we had the fans installed and we couldn't be happier. Both the home and garage are MUCH cooler. We have an upright freezer and stand alone wine cellar in the garage that both generate a great deal of heat. The garage is 15 degrees cooler with the fan.

Chayden from Kung Fu Air Service confirmed for me that the old system was leaking coolant and that it would not make sense to continue to service it. Once I decided to install a new system, I really appreciated that they were able to perform the installation within just a few days. Chayden wanted to make sure I would get the new unit installed as fast as possible, and arranged to come super early on the morning of the installation, to accommodate an appointment I had later that afternoon. They diagnosed the issue (had to use nitrogen to search for leaks since completely out of refrigerant due to a leaking valve stem). They replaced the stem and recharged my refrigerant.
