First of all, he showed up on time. He listened to what I wanted in my deck and offered his professional opinion. Another company tried to get me to not pull a permit and to construct the deck a cheaper way. (They happened to be the highest bid). Vladi specifically told me to request a permit, and that he only builds to code. The next day I had an estimate from Vladi in my inbox. I highly recommend Titan V Porches. Stanley gave me the timeframe and was honest about the timeframe for our bathroom job, but he also guaranteed that the job would be done in the timeframe we needed. We had to go with a new tile because the tile in the bathroom before was outdated and unavailable. He kept the price in the range that we needed it to be. Looking at the finished product I can't put into words how good of a job they had done. Redoing the wall, the bathroom tiles, and the tiling by the shower was all done correctly and they made sure to clean up everything when they were done. I will be calling Stanley for all of our home needs moving forward.

I used Jakub and Buildmax DC for two projects:…read more 1) Replacing the architectural facade of my condo building, which had a city of Chicago code violation, with a new stucco element. 2) Building an accent wall on my balcony. Both projects, like most projects, ran into minor issues throughout the construction process. But Jakub was always quick to problem solve, remedy, and make sure the final product delivered on my expectations. Regardless of his personal thoughts on my nitpicks, he embraced a "customer is right" mentality throughout the entire project, and did what he could to make my life easy. I hope I don't have to deal with being the HoA president of a condo building if another building violation comes around the place I'm living, but if I were, I'd have no hesitations calling Jakub again and seeing if he could help.

I had my closet redone and ordering a custom door took longer than it should have (not their fault), but the communication while waiting for was lacking. They worked hard and did a good job. They completed many tasks adjacent to what I had asked for in the remodel. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did and I would use them again. They do not return phone calls or emails and do not explain their plans. Yet, they are extremely on the ball when it comes to requesting payment. Also, I felt the contractors were condescending toward my questions, and did not seem concerned or take responsibility when things were not done right the first time. Unfortunately we still have leaks in some areas but we are going to cut our losses and try to address these with a different contractor in the future. I will say, the actual construction workers contracted by DBR, were respectful, hard working, and did a great job (although they were sometimes not directed correctly by DBR...) hence the 2 stars! I wish I had the knowledge to just hire these teams and get the supplies myself, and skip the very expensive middlemen.

We're genuinely surprised to see any mixed reviews for Revive. We can't recommend them enough! It's…read morerare to find a contractor you trust completely, along with all their subcontracting teams, but Ohad and his crew have earned that trust across multiple projects in our home. Ohad is an honest thought partner when it comes to design and overall project management. He'll tell you straight where it's worth spending and where you can save. And his team is hardworking, honest, and reliably on schedule (and mostly on budget!). We have also had the opposite experience of some of the warranty comments below. The team has ALWAYS come back promptly to finish final details/punch list items until we're happy with the project. And, they stand by the quality of their work. For example, after refinishing our floors, we noticed some marks that weren't quite right. Ohad agreed immediately that it wasn't up to his standard of work and sent a team to fix it, no pushback at all. The team tried a "quick" fix at first which was better, but not perfect. Without us even asking to fix it again, Ohad said it still wasn't to his standard and the solution was to rework the entire area. Due to some personal scheduling conflicts that made it hard to have workers in the house, we asked to delay for a few months past project completion and he was completely understanding... told us it would happen on our timeline and just asked for some notice before we'll be ready so he can schedule the team. That kind of accountability, owning a mistake and working around our needs to fix it, is exactly why we trust him so much. Plus the incredibly high standard of work on everything that went perfectly smoothly! We won't risk anyone else working on our home at this point.

Ohad, Lloyd, and the entire team were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept me informed throughout the process. The project stayed on schedule, the work was completed as promised, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My bathroom was finished about a month ago, so I've had time to live with it and evaluate the work, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I honestly don't understand some of the criticism I've seen because it simply doesn't reflect my experience. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and the finished bathroom looks amazing. The photos speak for themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Ohad, Lloyd, and their team to anyone considering a renovation project.
