He's out of town, car trouble, family sick, he's in Fresno or Vegas, can't get his crew together, ICE. He finally agreed to just refund me some money and of course the Venmo request hasn't been filled. Since I hired him, I see there have been others with similar issues. I brought up these other reviews and he dismissed them as "everyone always cry about something." And he doesn't care about reviews.
