    I went in because my phone wouldn't charge, after speaking with the Asst.Mgr, I bought a new…read morephone,everything was transferred over & the lady was extremely nice & helpful. I went back the next morning because the FB page that was coming up was an old one that hasn't been used in years & my old phone had all my passwords stored but couldn't charge. The woman(Darlene,I think that's her name), was extremely RUDE,rolling her eyes,making smart remarks, all because I asked her to recharge my old phone,telling me to go buy a battery,that she couldn't recharge the old phone I explained to her that the Asst.Mgr had charged my old phone the day before,so why couldn't she? Her response was that it was a waste of time,then called her Asst.Mgr,"Wonder Woman" which was rude as well. I don't know who the MGR is,but this woman does NOT need to be working with the public! Then,as I was leaving,she said," I know you're mad,but you have a good day", then smiled & rolled her eyes.i told her," You shouldn't be acting like this to a customer who just bought a phone & you should be ashamed of how you have acted ", she just kept smiling as I left I will NEVER let this evil person wait on me again & management needs to get her straight or fire her!

That service is not good and I don't think it has anything to do with the spectrum people but the development that I live in. I had to add a Bunch of other channels to augment my communities account and for that I have received great help in managing Kathy Moore at store 5666 on Tunnel Road in Asheville, made great headway to help me understand how to get the best experience from my account. I really appreciate that kind of personalized service and for that I give her four stars.

    Dear Spectrum Customer Service,…read more I have been a Spectrum customer for many years, using mobile, internet, and now TV service. Unfortunately, I have never experienced so many problems with customer service as I have recently with my TV service. The main issues are: * Lack of transparency and continuity: Each time I call in, there's no proper documentation or review of previous notes. I have to re-explain the entire situation, and nothing is followed through. * Misleading information: I was told by a technician on Sunday that the problem was a node issue. However, since then, no one has reached out, and I've received no updates or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. When I call back, I'm simply told to open another ticket instead of seeing actual progress. * Poor accountability: The service issues remain unresolved, yet Spectrum continues to collect payment without delivering the reliability or integrity expected. This is not how customer service should work. I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing Spectrum, as customers deserve honesty, consistency, and solutions--not empty promises and repeated runarounds. I was not told that until I called to dispute my final bill which includes four weeks that I will not be living Where that service was. I do not recommend them as a service provider. Also customer service was terrible.

I ended up with a bill for almost $500 . Their advertising gets you in the door but read the fine print. Serious flaws on the business accounts side. Customer service varies with each employee (some good and so not so)...not consistent... don't agree to web virtual online meetings. We waited over an hour for a meeting set by staff and the sales staff never showed up... got a series of text messages of why he was delayed. So much about making an appointment for set time. Don't trust them! However... during Hurricane Helene Verizon kept us up and connected! Just beware and get things in writing and don't agree to verbal promises.

I hate comments like " hey there how are you? let me take your name and number as you wander the store" and "oh you have to come back? We don't have any appointment slots left but I will squeeze you in and make an exception for you...." That all aside (the nature of the game right?) the service we received from Ru was exceptional. He was kind and approachable. He didn't try to oversell us and he listened to our needs. He was knowledgeable and professional. I hope we don't need to return but if we do, I hope we get him. Actually many of the employees were pretty kind it seemed. Appreciate that.
