He didn't push opinions on me, but he was consistent and balanced when giving responses. He gave me some great ideas, did a wonderful job installing an outlet in our yard. And, he saved me money. Since we're new to the area, Carrie gave me tips on other service providers. Both of them, above and beyond. I trust them implicitly!

First visiit, a problem was fixed by Terrance that stumped another electrician, who happened to answer the phone on a holiday weekend. Terrance was amazingly quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very professional and courteous. After this experience, I made the decision to go with them to replace my old fuse box. I had been putting this off until I found someone whose work I trusted. Aaron arrived promptly after receiving a permit. Getting the permit, and having the work done all went very quickly. I asked for labeled fuses and this task was performed in a very thorough manner too. What a relief to have all this taken care of by professionals. I was dreading the cost but it was very reasonable. The price was a little higher than a competitor and they matched it. I highly recommend Volthouse!
