My husband and I have not tried the hibachi, but we really like the sushi bar. He gets the hand rolls, and it is always fresh. We love the eel sauce too. The bad thing about this place is the parking. 5 points parking is always a nightmare. It has too little space for the capacity of the building and stressful to find a spot. More recently, they have a service robot that delivers food, which is kind of cool and definitely unique.

For being connected to a gas station- this is NOT gas station food. This is an actual amazing Hibachi and Sushi restaurant in a very small town. All of the employees were so welcoming and friendly. We decided to order dinner to go because the place was very busy. The wait for the food was not terribly long, but we enjoyed watching the sushi chef while we waited. We got a bunch of things including the hibachi (steak and shrimp), Tomiyama chicken, pad Thai, and spring rolls. While everything was just mid, I have to call out the pad Thai and spring rolls. The pad Thai was so incredibly sweet, it tasted of ketchup. The spring rolls were definitely frozen, I could taste freezer in every bite. The sushi was ok, probably the best of everything. The hibachi chef was also very nice and did a great job with the "show". I have to say - the place was not clean either. I know it was probably busier than usual due to Eid, but everything was a little dirty - from dishes to the table to the thing you get your check in, they all had something gross on it. We were able to flag the staff down at some point to clean the table and dishes, but it still felt gross. Super disappointing experience. I asked what type of tuna they use for the sashimi, and she admitted she wasn't sure, but she happily went to the kitchen to find out for me. She came back with the answer, "Osaka sushi grade," which made me smile because that's not actually a type of tuna. I genuinely appreciated that she asked instead of trying to make something up. The sashimi itself wasn't bad, just surprisingly bland. The rolls were also pretty underwhelming. Looking back at the menu, the limited sushi selection probably should have told me that sushi isn't really the star of the show here. If you're coming for hibachi, you'll probably have a completely different experience. If you're a sushi enthusiast who gets excited about albacore, specialty nigiri, or asking what species of tuna you're eating... you'll probably understand why I laughed at "Osaka sushi grade."

The restaurant while dated was very clean and decorated in the traditional way, but not over the top like some places do. The sushi rolls we ordered were perfect, the seafood was fresh and rolls well prepared. I haven't been to a buffet in a while, but I haven't to say the quality was great.
