It has been a pretty mild winter but that was scheduled to change and while I could manage - or relocate - my 98 y.o. bed-bound aunt could not. I called our plumber and he was down for count with Covid. He recommended John DeGrace. John was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He had a crew at my house 8:30 the next morning. Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted.
