I can't help but first say that this company is now (and forever) my go to people when it comes to our HVAC (and what they are able product and services they offer). I had gotten the referral from my boss and decided to go ahead and get my ticket in. I EMAILed them and they responded back within (or even less than) 30 minutes! Elizabeth was so helpful and friendly with my situation on the furnace and told me that one of their guys would be available to check it out and to give us an estimate of what their service would be to replace it. They were very accommodating with my schedule because I wasn't going to be available until after 3pm that day. Jesse was the person who came and checked out our "broken" furnace and to give us an estimate. Their communication was wonderful, Jesse texted me when he was 10 mins away. I was so sure our furnace was broken because we had two diagnostic done on the furnace to confirm that it was INDEED...broken. I told Jesse of our situation and what the results of the last two reviews. I s*** you not....he fixed it. We had freaking heat for the evening and the following week. Our gas furnace is about 20 years old and was told by two other companies that it was broken and needed to be fixed and maybe even the AC too! Jesse was so helpful explaining to me of what he found and fixed (and I actually understood him! haha). He was so professional and so helpful in our situation. Long review short - because of our furnace breaking down the first time and that we have an 8 month old, we decided to get it replaced. Both Elizabeth and Jesse from the company had great communications in helping us set up a date and answering any other questions that we may have had. We seriously got very lucky with finding these wonderful people and company. Anyways, they gave us a date and time. (Helped me out and) showed up earlier than expected to get started on the replacement. Their team was very friendly, professional, and funny to work/talk to. They replaced our furnace within a reasonable time and told me of what is to be expected on turning on a new furnace. Overall, my experience with this company for the past week has been very pleasant and gave me a peace of mind of my home. I could not have asked for anyone better. These guys will be replacing my AC once that gives in as well - haha. These guys are definitely a keeper and I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Glen Allen/Richmond area. They have always changed out the filter for me for free as long as I purchase the filter materials. However the last few times dealing with this company has been absolutely horrible. On 2 separate occasions I have had to call the office because an outrageous bill was sent to me listing services that I did not request and were not performed. Mind you the company is less than 7 mins from my home, and it only takes the worker approximately 9 mins at most to change out the filter as I am here at home while they are doing it. The first bill I received was for $140 worth of charges of which they apologized saying I should have never been charged anything. The latest bill was for $91 of which I called over there explaining to the gentleman who answered the phone and was extremely rude and condescending saying, " we had to come out there didn't we? " I advised him if he looked at the times they have come out they have always done this for free being that they installed the system, and as long as I provided the filter. Im not sure if the gentleman at the office was new or just didn't feel like looking up the information but again he was extremely rude. I checked with 2 other local companies of which one is in downtown Richmond and they even advised if its a unit their company sold and installed that is typically something they will work into their schedule and just change while in route to another location. I was actually going to see about having Adams install a new HVAC in the future but after these last few instances they have lost my trust and will now lose my business. I will be posting this also on other sites to make sure customers are aware of how this company attempts to charge for additional services that were not completed or asked for.

I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.
