Great!! The tech was there as promised. He checked out my unit and had it running great quickly. The tech (Tae) was very professional and did a great job. I was highly pleased with both his attitude and the speed of his repair. I will for use them from now on.

i worked with this company for a period of a little over 6 month. i have since moved on to…read morecommerical chiller work, only because i got there myself through my own connections, and with my own schooling. they are trying there best to do good work but only at bare minimum. the lead tech has pletny of experience in the field, an a deep understanding of the trade from top to bottom. but thats about it. and he is burnt out. if you ever meet this team you will notice a total of zero technicians from any displayed photo are still with the company. the two people present who have stayed are spread thin and there is no plan or intention to grow or maintain a good team. any good technicians mentioned in reviews are nowhere to be seen in addition. there is no patience to train or work with people only focus is to make money and look nice enough to cover ther ass. thats all they have capacity to do. the trainging you do get on the job comes more from you piecing together clues not from exceptional teaching. you can hire them and get exactly what you paid for don't get me wrong.but it's never a good enough deal not to shop around more first .you're taking a gamble that you won't end up on the receiving end of some passive aggressive "proffesionalese" email thread, in the same tone youll see in jesse's response to a disgruntled customer on this page. poor communication, a boss who is hardly present, and no real idea of where the company is going or how to retain people. elizabeth and the dispatcher are working hard to smooth over the many issues that crop up in a week but there begs the question why there are many issues in the first place. if you need work done you are better off getting lucky with a good team from a larger business. if you need to work and grow someplace try elsewhere. not worth your time the way it is beign run now.

They have always changed out the filter for me for free as long as I purchase the filter materials. However the last few times dealing with this company has been absolutely horrible. On 2 separate occasions I have had to call the office because an outrageous bill was sent to me listing services that I did not request and were not performed. Mind you the company is less than 7 mins from my home, and it only takes the worker approximately 9 mins at most to change out the filter as I am here at home while they are doing it. The first bill I received was for $140 worth of charges of which they apologized saying I should have never been charged anything. The latest bill was for $91 of which I called over there explaining to the gentleman who answered the phone and was extremely rude and condescending saying, " we had to come out there didn't we? " I advised him if he looked at the times they have come out they have always done this for free being that they installed the system, and as long as I provided the filter. Im not sure if the gentleman at the office was new or just didn't feel like looking up the information but again he was extremely rude. I checked with 2 other local companies of which one is in downtown Richmond and they even advised if its a unit their company sold and installed that is typically something they will work into their schedule and just change while in route to another location. I was actually going to see about having Adams install a new HVAC in the future but after these last few instances they have lost my trust and will now lose my business. I will be posting this also on other sites to make sure customers are aware of how this company attempts to charge for additional services that were not completed or asked for.
