When John and his crew showed up, ON TIME, they looked young & wimpy. I was leery about whether they could handle the job. To my surprise, they moved everything quickly and gracefully. First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. Based on our great experience the first time, we decided to use them again this year. This experience could not have been more opposite than the first. They damaged 6 pieces of furniture (that's what I've found so far. Still unpacking), tore a leather couch and snapped a tv stand (some of the damaged furniture we are still paying for). They blamed it on "a bumpy ride due to construction". They took $150 off our bill for the TV. They also left an entire room full of boxes and few pieces of furniture and told my husband they couldn't get it on the truck. My husband had no way to retrieve all of these things by the time we had to be out of the old place, so the movers asked for a tip in exchange for making an additional trip. He had no choice but to "tip" them if we wanted our things. When I called to speak with the manager (Barrett) he apologized and offered nothing to make it right. I asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was given his wife's phone number so she could let me know when he would be available to speak with. I have not heard from either of them and also now can't get in touch with Barrett. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever paid for. I would never use them again.

This company is a joke - very unprofessional, unorganized and unreliable! Michael will call and cancel your move on moving day! My second move was scheduled almost a month in advance. Michael called me a few days prior to moving to confirm the move. On moving day, Michael called to see if I still needed the movers. I found this very odd and concerning. The movers were suppose to arrive around noon. I called Michael around 12:30 to get an update. He stated they were "dropping off" and should be headed my way afterwards. I checked again after 1pm. He stated he was going to check with the movers and see how long it would be. Michael called me after 2pm apologizing, stating the movers were not coming and he has decided to just shut down this business because he can't find good workers. This was definitely upsetting and a big waste of my time! Please do not use this company! You will be disappointed! I was able to find a great moving company to come through at the last minute.
