I was in the area to run a marathon in nearby Sun Valley. I booked a one-night stay here as the price was very reasonable and fair. The lady at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and very accommodating. I was about 30 minutes ahead of check-in time. I was prepared to wait in the lobby, but she was able to move me into another room that was already cleaned. Even though the airport was right across the street, the noise was never a bother. I found the room to be clean and everything was in good working order. They even have soft water so my skin isn't dried out by using their regular soap. Great place to stay, we stayed in room 104 on 8/3/23 all the staff was fantastic along with the owner. It was like one family you'd what to belong to. First motel in our 3 weeks of traveling through 10 different states that someone was actually mowing the lawn. Many of the motels only had weeds for our dog to do his business and if they had grass were to cheap to pay someone to mowing the grass...again fantastic staff and enjoyed our stay. Maybe not for everyone but met all our needs and again staff made our stay..... read more

The online price on other reservations listed 105.00 for a price. The online price is 115.00 on their website. I inquired about the Veterans discount advertised and the woman informed me she thinks the price of the inn is low enough. Another couple has AAA and they were told the same. The rooms are really nice for the cost (recently remodeled), and the management and staff are terrific (friendly, extremely helpful and always available) -- they made me feel at home and ensured that I not only enjoyed my stay at their facility but got the most out of my visit to Hailey and Sun Valley. So happy we were able to get a last minute reservation! I was a little apprehensive because of the yahoo pictures,....I wasn't sure if the pictures of the remodel was accurate or not. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! He gave us the room at the end which is next to the grassy area. The remodeled rooms are very nice! New paint, linens, chair and tables, light fixtures, flooring, bathroom, and a huge flat screen TV! It's clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone for an inexpensive couple of nights. read more

Stayed for two nights in Aug 2019. Rooms were clean and pergo type flooring. Extended stay for one day and the manager (mike) was very accommodating. Big flat screen on the wall on swivel mount. Quiet and for the price in the area was a good deal. Wifi was ok, son had son slow issues with his xbox, but fine for email and web browsing. Room had a fridge with a real freezer that you could put frozen food or ice cream in. Was very cold. Also had microwave. Shower pressure was a little soft and combined with the soft water, plan to spend a little extra time getting the soap off. Its not a Westin or a Marriott, but for the price and needing a clean and safe place to stay, it was more than adequate. Did not see any religious messages in the room... fwiw. read more

They advertise free WiFi, but the system they use will block you randomly with an error message saying you're using "peer-to-peer file sharing software". On its face, that's pretty absurd (why would it matter if someone's torrenting their heart out in a motel with 30 rooms on a night when only 3 rooms are occupied?), but more absurd is that it blocks you for no reason, when you're only using a web browser. When I politely asked for a new code, the desk clerk was rude to me and insisted that if I was blocked, I was doing something wrong. So for the price of a room, I got a tongue-lashing about how if the WiFi wasn't working, it was my fault: "Well, you must be doing something you're not supposed to be doing." For whatever percentage of the cost of a room pays for the Internet connection, I expect an Internet connection, not a lecture. On the other hand, if you like getting told that you're the problem when a hotel fails to provide a service they advertise, staying here might be a good idea. Edited to add: Once I got a new code (after being yelled at by the clerk), I was blocked again; this time I noticed it was immediately after I went to tumblr (a blogging site, not a file sharing site). Downgrading this review to one star since I don't really like it when someone looks me in the face and tells me I'm lying just because they don't want to admit to a mistake. Also, they put cards on the beds with religious messages on them. The proselytizing wouldn't have bothered me as much if it hadn't been accompanied by rudeness. read more

Recently re done, brand new rooms! Everything is nice and modern, rooms are super clean. Everything in the room was in working order, tv was a nice big flat screen. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub as well, super relaxing and also very clean. Lady who worked the front desk was very nice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good room at a good, decent price. Got to pick what breakfast we wanted in the morning and they brought it to us, so nice! Would definitely stay here again. read more

Recently remodeled inside and out. No carpet in the rooms which is a definite plus in my opinion! Very clean with modern decor. The TV is a large flatscreen mounted high on the wall for easy viewing in bed. The staff were extremely friendly and quick to help us when our key cards stopped working. Very pleasant stay. We plan on staying here again when we return for our son's wedding. read more

About a month ago, a friend and I weren't making it back to Boise as quickly as we'd planned from Sun Valley so we decided late at night to find a cheap place to stay the night. We booked online and when we got there it was very late and I assume the lady had to get out of bed to check us in, and she was still very nice. And she informed us that our stay include continental breakfast. The room was modest and basic, but it had everything you need and actually was kind of cute in a kitchy way. In the morning, we of course didn't wake up until close to check out time. When we opened our door, there was a bag hanging on the doorknob with our 2 "egg mcmuffin" style sandwiches and 2 juices in it! We thought that was very thoughtful of them. We also found out that the lady who checked us in the night before had asked the cleaning lady not to disturb us because we had gotten in late and probably wanted to sleep in. Small town hospitality. Thank you! I also thought the card they left in every room was really sweet. We had a great experience for just a little spot to crash for the night. read more

Quaint little hotel and very clean. The service was friendly and professional. And they have the best rates in town. There are a lot of little touches you get at this hotel that you won't find anywhere else. They don't have dining or room service, but they deliver free breakfast to your room. I don't recommend the breakfast biscuit, however. It's just a microwave biscuit and not fresh. You might want to stick to the danishes! I really loved the atmosphere at this hotel and will stay here every time I'm passing through Hailey, ID. read more

Clean, friendly and gracious facility and service with the best rates in the area! We took a road trip Saturday to check out the season's 'high waters' and decided to spend the night and travel home in the morning. Absolutely nothing special was going on in or around the area (no traffic or even foot traffic for a Saturday in June)! and there seemed to be plenty of available rooms... but we checked rates and everything was $150 and upwards... not unexpected, but we just wanted a cozy spot to spend one night... it wasn't even a mini-vacation. So we checked out the Airport Inn and we were more than pleased. For $91 & taxes we received a king room with a sofa, desk, coffee maker, mini frig and microwave. Dish TV and free Wi-Fi. The mattress was comfortable, the room sparkling clean! The shower stall looked brand new. No complaints or problems whatsoever. And the staff was gracious and friendly. read more

We had family visiting Sun Valley We rented the suite because we needed a third bed. We chose this motel only for the price, as we knew we would be staying there very little, spending our days in Ketchum. I was pleasantly surprised! While the exterior looks dated and the rooms could use also updates, it was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen! The shower was gleaming, and the floors absolutely spotless. The owner was very friendly and cheerful, and the morning desk clerk came running outside out, after seeing me in my running gear, to point me to the nearby trail, I would stay here again -- no question! read more

We were very dissatisfied with our one night stay at Airport Inn in Hailey, Idaho. The place reminded us of the old road motels of the 1950s. The website said breakfast was included. Their idea of breakfast was to bring a plastic bag to the room the night before with 2 cans of juice, 2 small cartons of yogurt and 2 muffins. It did not seem particularly clean (dust was heavy on the bathroom heater) and the place gave us the creeps. read more
