Business trip to ID and stayed at Silver Creek Hotel for 5days night. It was a very cozy rooms and cleaned. I'm busy schedules, only returning to hotel at pm. Location was a good, there were nice restaurants near by hotel. I have to stay in hotel after check out 11am through 5pm last day. This place is solid all the way around. Some people questioned the pillows, they were just fine. The free breakfast is on point; scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy. It's not like I was expecting Bouchon....let's be real here. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the hot tub in winter is awesome.....and it's the best rate you will find in Ketchum/Bellevue/Sun Valley area. Stayed here a few days. Nobody wore masks. The staff didn't wear masks, the lobby was packed with people not wearing masks, the pool area and hot tub was packed. If you don't want to potentially expose yourself to a debilitating virus avoid this place for now, the owner clearly doesn't care about the customers. During normal times I'd rate this place a 3. It looks reasonably clean. However, there was no closet in our room just a few hangers. No dresser with drawers or anything. No counter space in the bathroom. The towels were more like rags picked up from a thrift store. If it's cheap enough, I'd stay here again after COVID. read more

Very clean, new, Breakfast so-so, coffee is good, staff is friendly, beds are good. My main issue was the fact that there is no place to put your clothes or 'things'. No drawers, very few horizontal services, even in the bathroom. ONE Suitcase rack. We had to beg for a second one (2 of us). I REALLY do not like living out of a suitcase on the floor, but be prepared, that is what you will do at this hotel. We stayed 6 days, so really needed the drawers, horizontal surfaces. read more

Found the hotel on booking.com last minute. Address states Hailey, ID this is incorrect so I drove 9-10 miles more round trip. Hotel is new or newer and very clean. Breakfast is free and good and coffee is above average. Staff are really welcoming and professional. The only reason I didn't give it more stars is the air conditioning. There's clearly something wrong with the system. The wall unit appears to be for a larger room system yet doesn't work. The small AC box sits awkwardly behind the desk and doesn't blow air into the room at all. In fact, I reported mine as it didn't work. With temps in the 90's it was hard to justify more than 2 nights so I left. The room was hot at night and I didn't sleep well. This AC unit is clearly an add on. read more

We've been driving across the country for two weeks, and this has been the best place we've stayed in.... keeping in mind we're not big spenders, in the $100/night range. The place is brand new. I just cancelled a reservation and will never consider staying there. The listing states they are pet friendly but that is deceptive. It is pet friendly at the whim of the owner. I reserved online, adding an optional note indicating I would have 2 cats with me for 1 night. After confirming the reservation they sent me a note stating they don't take cats right now. They suggested I dump them in a kennel after being in the car for a couple of days. Hmm? I called and was told the owner doesn't like cats. I told them to change their listing to make it honest. I asked them what they would have done if I had not added the optional note. They didn't answer. Then they asked if I wanted to keep the reservation. Really? read more

My daughter and I visited Montana and Idaho this summer. During our trip we stayed at Silver Creek because it was a nice hotel near Crater Moon National reserve. Loved this Hotel! It was brand new and eco friendly. You get a complimentary breakfast and the staff was so friendly. Highly recommend this place if staying near Ketchem, Haley or Bellevue. read more

Enjoyed this hotel. Very nice staff, decent free breakfast, decent pool/jacuzzi. Priced much better than other properties in the same area. We had a little "situation". Excellent value! Excellent all the way around actually. We got a third-floor room on the side of the hotel that was away from the road. We had a great view, the pool and hot tub were fun, The breakfast was delicious and free. I want to especially commend the use of ceramic plates for the breakfast! Had gone through priceline to make a reservation and the room description clearly stated it had a hot tub. Wrong we had a walk in shower instead and the mountain view was there once you looked past the cars and businesses. I have attempted to register a complaint and either the manager is not in or I'm told he will call me the next day. This all started on October 3rd and have yet to talk or hear from the manager. We will never recommend this location, spend a little extra and find a place that cares and follows through with customer service. read more

We are riding motorcycles and the staff here was so accommodating. They put us in a room where our bikes were right outside the door. I lost my key and they graciously gave me a new one. The room is very cozy and comfortable. It's been a very good experience for us. read more

This place was just okay. The room had poor lighting in the bathroom, and not a single full length mirror (I was in town for a wedding and couldn't see myself get dressed). Asked for an iron to be sent to the room- it never came. Wasn't told there was a continental breakfast upon checking in so we missed it. Left my phone charger in the room and they wanted me to pay for S&H + $5 convenience fee. For $175 a night I expected so much more.
