I wanted a shower configuration that Brian had never dealt with previously, so he consulted with his internal plumbing staff and confirmed that in fact the configuration I wanted was feasible and he even gathered up the necessary equipment to demonstrate and confirm that it was exactly what I wanted to achieve. After the contractor completed the installation the configuration did in fact work exactly as what I had in mind. After the job was completed we found that the high temperature safety override feature on our Hansgrohe Thermostatic Shower Control Valve was not operational, and was not related the to the configuration mentioned above. Working with Brian I provided a video demonstrating the issue, which he then used to work with his manager to diagnose the problem and create a unique video for us, demonstrating what they believed to be the issue and how to correct it. I will use this video to send to my contractor and his plumber to hopefully resolve my issue. Excellent customer service!

It had such an inviting atmosphere and everything was easy to find. Unfortunately, since the recent renovations, the layout has become cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to locate items. The new setup of the cash registers only adds to the disorganization. I really wish they would consider going back to the old layout. Mike always has just the fix I need and he goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with the service. I mentioned to him that I don't know why I don't stop there first before wasting my time at other places but that's all changed since time is money and as a matter of fact, I save money there too. They always have a sale going on and his prices are highly competitive on items that are not on sale. On my latest visit, I had a 75 year old door lock that wouldn't unlock once you locked it. I thought the skeleton key (yes, skeleton key!) was the wrong type of key but Mike was convinced he could make it work with the key I had. I was very skeptical and sure I knew what I was talking about even willing to buy another type of key to open it. He took the lock in the back, returned a very tense 15 minutes later and voila(!) the lock worked perfected with the key I had. I was impressed that he took the time to get it working without trying to sell me something different instead. Actually, he did offer a better lock but I didn't want to have to change all my locks, so worked with what I had without pressing me otherwise. I highly recommend if you have a difficult hardware issue that you visit this place first and ask for Mike!
