Nice young man directed me over to the Geek Squad area. Told me you have to have an appointment, which I did not. They were not busy, one man waiting, took a chair and 5 min later a sweet young man, Skylar approached me and I told him about my phone. Thought it was the battery, once he started checking around he said it wasn't the battery and was able to unlock my phone and he explained it was a vintage phone 11Pro Max. He estimated that probably in a year, it would have to be replaced with a new phone. Gosh, I was thrilled he got it working for me, no charge! Was very helpful in answering my questions. Clean store, nice people, lots of inventory. My experience was a good one. Thank you Skylar!!

Told me I'll just move your car to the other bay when we aren't doing the install. We have cameras in the bay, and nice 4k cameras in the lot. I get my car back, the bumper is smashed. He asks if maybe I did it. He doesn't know if it happened in the bay or outside. Then the manager wasn't there and I'd have to come back in the morning. I get back 10am sharp and they supposedly went through a week of footage and don't know what happened. The installer advised me to go make a police report for a hit and run. Essentially denying responsibility. I had to go to Taylor PD and file a report. Not worth the 1500 spent when I have about 1500 done in damages. My car was all stock now it's damaged under their watch and I'm getting the run around. Ron is not an honorable man. Looked me in the eye and lied in front of the manager.

We stopped in there one afternoon and the owner gave me and my son a crash course in the world of gaming computers! You can tell he is just passionate about what he does and wants to share his knowledge!!! After about 45 minutes we asked him if he had a custom built pc that would meet my son's needs and be in his price range. Thankfully they offer a "good student discount" and he was willing to switch out some of the RAM to make it more affordable!! She said JLBs and then pointed to the clearance rack on other side of store and walked away. So I went up to her again and she rolled her eyes and pointed from far away. So I asked her why she was being rude and I just wanted help. She immediately points at my child and stroller and says "are you stressed out because you have all this to handle". She was condescending, very rude and childish. Actually no. I travel all the time with my children and I got this down. But should a sales rep even say something like this. She obviously is lazy and didn't want to help. I asked her for her name and she immediately covered her name tag. It said "sterile". So not sure if that's her first or last name. I walked away to go find water. I came back around and saw an Asst Mgr, Mike, talking to her. She started laughing as I asked if I could talk to him. He didn't even want to talk to me. Both were extremely unprofessional and childish. Definitely will never go into that store again. Just another reminder why I live in Hawaii and away from people like this.

She must have helped 3 other people while I was comparing cans. As soon as she realized I only cared about sound quality, in pretty quick succession she had me try 3 different headphones, plus the Sony's they had on the floor. (might have gotten the Sony's, but they got horrible reviews on Amazon for the head band cracking) If you're in the Detroit Airport, definitely check this place out for headphones!
