We stopped in there one afternoon and the owner gave me and my son a crash course in the world of gaming computers! He explained all of the specifics, what to look for, what to spend money on and what not to! He did all this without trying to sell us a thing! You can tell he is just passionate about what he does and wants to share his knowledge!!! After about 45 minutes we asked him if he had a custom built pc that would meet my son's needs and be in his price range. Thankfully they offer a "good student discount" and he was willing to switch out some of the RAM to make it more affordable!! My son couldn't be happier and I was so impressed I walked out of there with a new laptop for my wife and I, as well as additional external storage & and WiFi extender!!! Nice young man directed me over to the Geek Squad area. Told me you have to have an appointment, which I did not. They were not busy, one man waiting, took a chair and 5 min later a sweet young man, Skylar approached me and I told him about my phone. Thought it was the battery, once he started checking around he said it wasn't the battery and was able to unlock my phone and he explained it was a vintage phone 11Pro Max. He estimated that probably in a year, it would have to be replaced with a new phone. Gosh, I was thrilled he got it working for me, no charge! Was very helpful in answering my questions. Clean store, nice people, lots of inventory. My experience was a good one. Thank you Skylar!!

Told me I'll just move your car to the other bay when we aren't doing the install. We have cameras in the bay, and nice 4k cameras in the lot. I get my car back, the bumper is smashed. He asks if maybe I did it. He doesn't know if it happened in the bay or outside. Then the manager wasn't there and I'd have to come back in the morning. I get back 10am sharp and they supposedly went through a week of footage and don't know what happened. The installer advised me to go make a police report for a hit and run. Essentially denying responsibility. I had to go to Taylor PD and file a report. Not worth the 1500 spent when I have about 1500 done in damages. My car was all stock now it's damaged under their watch and I'm getting the run around. Ron is not an honorable man. Looked me in the eye and lied in front of the manager.

They were not reachable via phone, which is unfortunate…read more But they successfully repaired my Vox AC30 for a reasonable amount with a quick turnaround after I had issues with a local repair place on Ann Arbor. The biggest wait was Vox getting back to us about warranty. Repair took a couple days max from that point. I'll be going back here if I ever need amp servicing again.

They have a staff member at the front door. I asked if where I could find the HDMI cables. He said they don't have much. He showed me the $100 single cables they have. They are really good quality. I told him they have HDMI cables on Amazon for $10 or so. He said they are poor quality. He showed me some Best Buy branded ones for around $10, but they didn't have any at this location.
