She called another employee and they said the glass needed to be changed. If those two ladies are the only ones that are supposed to know about the doors then you need to get other associates. I left your place and went to Home Depot where I was greeted and directed to an associate that was very helpful and could tell me about the door. You lost a sale and will go straight to Home Depot the next time I need anything.

I headed for the garden center after that and on the way I saw the the female employee who was supposedly looking for the knobs and she was pushing a flat cart full of boxes and did not speak to me ..only gave me a snarky little smile!! This is the worst experience I've ever had at the Lowe's Mt Pleasant store and I've made purchases there since 2006!! l may not go back!!
