I contacted Air Supply through ANGI, requesting that they text me. Within minutes they responded and sent a technician the same day. The technician, Adrian, did a full check of the entire system diagnosed the issue he explained what it was and how they would resolve it. They needed to get new coils and when I asked if it was possible to complete the job the next day, Saturday, they were able to do so. I was very pleased with the company; everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. Update: Service manager contacted us and returned 50% of what we paid for after many interactions. Not what we wanted since the end result was unacceptable. Finally broke down and got a new AC unit inside and out. The owner told me The unit I purchased rheem 16 seer would "lower my electric bill by a minimum of 20 bucs a month". My electric dropped much more than that and the house cools down 3xs as fast! I couldn't be happier. The installation of the handler required the installer to comeback but the owner handled that and it was fixed without Issue. I reached out "specifically" for Dryer Vent Cleaning. My dryer was looked at and repaired and cleaned by a serviceman a month prior and he said I needed the duct cleaned asap as it's a potential hazzard. So, specifically" searched for dryer vent cleaning on Angie's list and this company was served up and called me. I phoned back. "Specifically" said it was a stacked washer/dryer on the second floor and needed two people, because I've had this done before. BTW, the previous company did a much better job but went out of business. So, when asked if I wanted all vents cleaned I asked for a price and said to go ahead. My call was treated well by a very professionally and kind person who I explained all of this too so I was hopeful. The reviews were good. The service showed up with two men. They were on time. They took a look at the dryer and prodded around. I went on my business after asking them if I could get them a coffee. I didn't hover. It was after they finished they said they couldn't complete the dryer vent service. They said I should have let them know it was stacked when I booked. I did. That's not acceptable however what was even more disrespectful was that santiago asked if I wanted him to look at my A/C. I said sure. He said it was in great shape. I said, yes I'm happy with the service that I use. He then plastered a sticker on my A/C without me asking, saying it was a great discount. Now I'm trying to chisel off the sticker. In retrospect, although they said "sorry", we can't do this, they were fairly cheeky and disrespectful, so I can't recommend them. Apparently they were either too lazy or too small in stature to move the dryer. Others have. I had one serviceman move and clean the dryer a few months before. He was on his own. I then had to call someone else to come out. He was able to do this on his own. read more

I now understand why people never pay to get their vents cleaned. My AC and furnace never had any issues and always sounded normal, until the day I hired air supply AC services to clean my vents. With in hours of them opening my furnace to inspect, I started hearing loud and unusual noise from my furnace. I called air supply to come take a look, and now they're telling me that they have to replace my blower motor, which would cost up to thousand dollars. What a coincidence it is to find this out right after I Paid these people $150 to clean my vents?! read more

This is a follow-up to my previous review on Air Supply AC Services. I initially gave them a 1 rating because I though they had overcharged my daughter for UV lights. I had recommended this company to my daughter after using them and receiving excellent service. Since then the owner has contacted me and we had a good discussion. I found out that other companies charge about the same or maybe more for the UV lights. He explained that when he sold them to me he was running a promotion and they were much less. I want to be fair to them and to be honest they do good work and are trustworthy. I would delete my original post but I'm not able to. I would still recommend them over other AC companies. read more

This Company is terrible-not honest and not respectable. They came to check our AC- charged $670.00- for a UV light, and sanitizing- and never looked at Evaporator Coil-this caused AC to Freeze. You need to check coil to determine Freon needed- they never did this, and just tried a short cut. Another Company came in and spent 2 hours here- but Coil was clean, and they provided a year contract. I would never recommend AC Service- very dishonest! read more

Very happy with the service I received. My air went out Monday night and Tuesday morning they were here. I had an old unit that needed to be replaced and they were here the following day to install. The personal service I received was professional and friendly and I received a follow up call the next day to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new unit. This company is absolutely terrible and deserve zero stars (But 1 is unfortunately the minimum amount). I called them cause I was tempted by saving some money due to their free estimate. That was a big mistake. They came out and fixed the problem with the AC (so I thought) and I paid them 320 USD. 2 days later the exact same problem with the AC was back and I called them again, cause they obviously didn't do a good job the first time. They came out and fixed the problem (so I thought) but at night the exact same problem with the AC was back once again, but in top of that it now also started dripping water, so I had to place a bucket under the AC so the water wouldn't go through the floor to the people below. I called the company again and now they told me I had to change some parts in the AC which would cost me 390 USD. Since they didn't fixed the problem after 2 attempts and even made things worse by making the AC dripping water plus they suddenly told me some parts should be changed which they didn't tell me either the first or second time they were here was the reason why my trust in those people was completely gone. I therefore called another company that I know is great but which also take 75 USD for an estimate. The guy from the other company came out and fixed the problem for 331 USD (estimate included). If I just had gone with the other company from the beginning I would have saved 320 USD that I paid this terrible company. read more
