Well where do I start at ? I guess from the beginning my house was built in the 60s so no central air ever nor could one ever be put in since the attic was too small. I called Drew and asked if he could come out give me a quote/ options since all my life I've only had AC window units. Once he came over he was very professional put everything in simple terms and lots of options. Right there and then I knew he was the right guy for the job. We ended up doing 2 mini splits that were 2 tons which I've never regretted better more then less with AC unit specially in SoCal! I highly recommend drew and his team!! Excellent service! Our AC gone bad in the middle of the night. We asked Air squad how soon if they could come take a look at it. Early in the morning Drew response back and make same day schedule for us. He explained all the problems we had also start doing his job right away. He takes time to give us some tips too. We needed an emergency repair and actually called him late at night. We received a response from Drew within 10 minutes. He worked us into his schedule the next morning. He quickly diagnosed our problem, did a thorough inspection of the system and then provided options. The following day, not only was the repair made, Drew left the worksite better than he found it. He used our garden hose to clean the coils and wash the area down then recoiled the hose back perfectly. Attention to detail!! He left a lasting first impression. I think 2020 had to get one last dig into my family. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. After contacting Air Squad Drew came out to check our system. It was an older system. Drew fully explained what was going on with my system and gave me options to fix it. We chose to replaced the furnace. They did quick work! The system is great. He showed up on time for the estimate and emailed me the bid 30 mins later. Had 2 other bids for the same job. I went with Air Squad. Pricing was fair and the completion of the job was on time. This is the second year that I have had Air Squad provide preventative maintenance for my HVAC system. I called Drew a second year based primarily for the service last year. If you are looking for the cheapest company, don't call Drew. He is not cheap, nor is his quality of work. If you are looking for quality service at a fair price, Air Squad should be your call. If your system needs correction, he will find the problem. If there are no problems, he will perform the preventative maintenance needed. He will not try to "up sell" or inflate his charges.
