My AC finally conked out about August 23, 2016 and Air Monkey was recommended by a friend. Jason and Tyler brought over 2 portable AC units to help cool my house the day I called them and this saved us from the broiling heat the day my unit went out and while they were working to put in the new unit. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They put in the new cooling and heating system the next day and had to design and build certain parts of the system to fit. My new Tran cooling and heating system is far more than efficient and has saved me a ton of money already. My electric bill has steadily dropped each month and my house has a more equal cooling and heating distribution throughout where before there were hot and cold spots. This was even before they finished installing and redesigning my duct system in the attic, which they are doing today. I look forward to even lower energy use and lower money. I highly recommend them for all your a/c and heating needs and to putting a new more efficient (wish I had a better word for efficient) cooling and heating system in your home. They also installed an "attic tent" at the top of my attic stairwell. Making a tremendous difference read more

We serve a good good Father! He's always taking care of us A lot of our close friends know we have been dealing with broken AC for almost 2 weeks, it was a nightmare and really hard to know who to trust. We were referred to Tyler from Air Monkey, so we finally called them after getting 3 other quotes. If you have any HVAC needs or know someone who does please share their info! We had 3 separate companies come and check out our unit for less than 5 minutes each, and all recommended a new unit or major repairs(saying we had a leak in our Evaporator Coil)ranging from $3,000-$10,000. One even suggested a larger unit or 2 for our square footage. Which was completely invalid. We called Air monkey this week, and Tyler the tech spent over an hour in our hot attic and outside assessing the problem. He could not detect a leak, and tried to find the most affordable solution for us. He also confirmed no leak. He came out and changed out the refrigerant/coolant and fixed our AC issues for less than $1,000. It is tough to be a consumer, and know who to trust, but these are good and honest guys. Please share their info! Everyone on their staff was professional, helpful and kind. Thanks, Deb read more

Air Monkey AC is the best! My wife and I bought a new property several years ago and began renovating. The original AC system was on its last leg and the extra space we were adding on made it undersized. Tyler Jordan and his team of technicians were able to come in, assess the situation, and recommend a plan that struck a great balance between cost and modern efficiency. They implemented the plan flawlessly and have been our AC contractor of choice ever since. Of all of the various trades and contractors we have used through the years, Air Monkey is the only one that has impressed me and that I can give a whole hearted recommendation. Recently, one of our units stopped working and we called Air Monkey to come out to assess the situation. They arrived the same day and found that the problem was a warranty issue. They took care of it with no questions asked. Outstanding service! Air Monkey's Technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and have always demonstrated the highest level of integrity. They have earned our business! read more

Based on my relationship with my two previous AC/Heating service companies, I was convinced the only relationship that would ever exist is one of uneasiness and buyer's remorse. I felt like I was upsold every single visit, nothing was ever "all is perfect, see you in 6 months", even after a brand new $17000 system installed less than 3 months, still recommendations to spend thousands more. Then came Air Monkey. Air Monkey has restored my faith that LOCAL, HONEST and QUALTIY service companies still exist. Leo has been great to work with, Hunter even better than great. Hunter takes the time to explain everything with no issues understanding and I have never questioned his integrity. The fact that I have the same tech run the service each time is better than great. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Air Monkey for any and all of your AC/Heating needs, you will experience service the way it used to be - Customer first with character and integrity! read more

Jason and Tyler offered a promotional tune up service which is funded by Center Point Energy at no cost to the property I manage, Lakewood Mini Storage on Louetta Rd. This property has 10 AC systems and Air Monkey performed the service of cleaning every coil and every condenser we have. While I have not seen the current billing I am smart enough to know that if the AC systems are running half as much as before the tune up, we will see a considerable drop in our monthly billing. Both men were very mindful of protecting our customers storage units as they performed this clean up. They were extremely professional and friendly. They completed all 10 units tune ups in a days time. But came back the next day to monitor the units to make sure they were all functioning properly. My recommendation to anyone needing any form of AC service give them a call. You'll be glad you do. read more

Tyler and Cole just came out to repair our heating unit. They were great. Polite and knowledgeable. They got our unit working in just a short while. After freezing for 2 nights waiting for ARS to respond to a call, we made the decision to call Air Monkey. Someone answered the phone immediately and arranged an appointment for between 4 and 6 today. Cole and Tyler arrived promptly at 4pm and assessed the problem within minutes. It wasn't long before we went from having a cold house to it being toasty warm inside. Tonight will definitely be a much more enjoyable experience. I will never call ARS again! Evidently their people don't need to work and they couldn't care less about whether you're freezing in this awful weather. Air Monkey is the best! Thanks guys for being there when we desperately needed you. Julia Bienek Spring, Texas read more

I am very pleased. I called about.a strange noise that was coming out of my A/C unit. Tyler and his team came out promptly and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and recommend corrective action. I did not feel any pressure to purchase services that I did not need and I am confident that they will be the first people I call when I have an Air Conditioning issue in the future. Jason and the team in the office communicated effectively about the appointment as well as billing. Thank you for for taking care of our family. read more

My A/C went out in the middle of July! :( I needed a complete a/c and furnace system and when I called Air Monkey, they came out right away to do a temporary fix to hold me over for a few days until the new system could be installed. The crew that came out to install the new system were so polite, they worked hard and efficient and got my house cooled again in less than a day. I'm so thankful for such an honest company that cares so much about their customers! The communication from the scheduler was excellent! read more

Tyler and Jason care about their work and customer satisfaction. They did a complete install for me last year and did a wonderful job. After several months of noticing my master bedroom was not cooling well I notified them of the problem. They immediately came out to troubleshoot the problem and found there was insufficient return. They scheduled a crew two days later and fixed the problem for me. My home is more comfortable now because they "made it right." Thanks Air Monkey! You guys are top notch! read more

I have trusted Tyler and the rest of the Air Monkey Team with our heating and cooling needs for the last 5 years. They have performed everything from routine seasonal maintenance, to full system installs, and had our back when the manufacturer did not want to warranty their components. Tyler and crew are very trustworthy and extremely respectful. Most of all, they really know their business and they have never let us down. I recommend them without reservation. It is not often that I get to say that. read more

Air Monkey is absolutely the best in my book. I was able to count on them when I needed to have my whole A/C system replaced, Tyler even suggested relocating some of the air vents to maximize the air flow. I never dreamed that having more efficient air movement could make such a difference in the overall cost of cooling my home. I know I can count on Air Monkey for prompt and efficient service for all my routine maintenance. read more

AIR MONKEY is fantastic. Hunter & Tyler went above and beyond what it took to get the job done. Explained every move they made. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Trustworthy and reliable. They even brought two large portable AC units for our comfort while they replaced our 22 year old system. Their name may be silly, but you'll go ape for AIR MONKEY. I highly recommend them. read more

Outstanding! Air Monkey was able to come out same day, serviced our problem efficiently and affordably, then did a tune-up, caught a potential problem before it became a big issue and then re-checked our original problem before leaving. Our tech, Chris, was uncommonly polite, clear in explaining our options and very diligent. Will recommend this company without hesitation! read more

We had great service, and they came on time, installed a new AC unit and redid the over flow pans and drains in the attic. Our old air ducts were retapped where after 20 years they were showing air leaks or had separated. Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company. read more
