Gustavo couldn't have been nicer to deal with. After getting a few bids for a replacement HVAC system, his quote was incredibly competitive. Gustavo was very responsive to texts and calls. His team showed up exactly on time for both the initial inspection and the installation. They were clean and quick. Everything is working wonderfully now and I can't recommend them enough! read more

Gustavo is fantastic! He did our winter tune up and noted a problem that could cause us problems in the summer. He was straight up with me, showed me the issue, gave me a price. As it wasn't urgent, he said he'd schedule later after the holidays. Few months later, we schedule, he's on time, does the work and we're good to go. Gustavo and his crew are great! read more

We have been using Gustavo and his team for over 3 years now. Being in the management business it is crucial for our vendors to keep with the times and make sure customer service is always the number 1 priority. As these pictures show right now with the Covid 19 virus, Gustavo has done what he always does and goes above and beyond in the line of duty. He is protecting our tenants and his team by wearing gloves and masks. His service is top notch and would recommend him to anyone in the HVAC service need. read more

I called received a quote to have our swamp coolers serviced. They arrived did not service my swamp coolers as requested and charged me 125.00 for showing up. I was extremely specific in my request to have the coolers serviced, they failed to do what I requested and charged me a service fee. It was very dishonest, beware they say one thing and do another. read more

Gustavo is an answer to prayer! We bought a mini split a/c from Home Depot and needed a skilled technician with the proper equipment to get it up and running. Gustavo and his assistant William came over and had it done in a few hours. Clean, professional, and very personable. And he also can do plumbing and handyman work so we will for sure be hiring him again! Thanks guys!!!! read more

Gustavo came to our salon and figured out what was wrong with our system and didnt leave till he got it running like a champ even though it's about 20 years old! Still runs like new, all credit due to Gustavos extensive knowledge and professional work ethic. I'll be recommending his services to everyone I come across that needs service or a new hvac system! read more

I am so happy to know Gustavo. The thing about Gustavo is that he not only knowledgable in HVAC products but also the entire home! Gustavo is one of the most kind hearted people I've ever met! He will have the patience to explain to you every intricacy you ponder. Ever since I've known Gustavo he always shows up ON TIME to the proposed site and always gives me good prices. If you live in Los Angeles County you should give him a call. Gustavo is truly an honest, down-to-earth, and warm human being. Thank you Gustavo for everything you've done for me, my career, and by extension, my family. read more

Gustavo is great! He has done work for me twice. Removing a big CB antenna at my place that was left on my roof by a previous owner. He did a perfect job. He also installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Again, a perfect job. I highly recommend Gustavo and I will be calling him for all my handyman, plumbing and electrical needs! read more

I'm honestly really disappointed. Yelp reviews never let me down, until now. I tried calling Gustavo and left 2 voicemails yesterday and today. Despite him not returning my phone calls, I even requested a quote through YELP and wrote him a message explaining the problem I have, in hopes of him finally reaching out. Still, nothing. On yelp, his business has 5 stars and his "response rate" is 90%, so I'm a little surprised how all these other reviewers were able to get in contact with him. Either he must be very busy, on vacation, or I'm unlucky to fall within that 10% of no response. EDIT: I recently received a call from Gustavo, and from what he has told me, he has been on a job where he receives little to no reception, which I completely understand. For some odd reason, he didn't receive my phone calls or voicemails yesterday and today. In the beginning, I found it "suspicious" that I finally get a call-back after I posted my 1-star review, but after conversing with him, we realized it was a simple miscommunication. Unfortunately I had already found someone else for the job I needed, but I will definitely keep him and his company in my phone book for future repairs. He was very apologetic about not receiving any calls or voicemails, otherwise he would've contacted me sooner, which I greatly appreciate. Gustavo was very professional through-out and he now has earned another future customer! read more

Wow!! Gustavo and his team were beyond professional and courteous. Did a fantastic job to install a wall mount AC to my dental office and even came out a few times to check up on it after it was installed. Very reliable and extremely thorough. He takes his job seriously and stands behind his work. Thank you Gustavo!! read more

Gustavo at LA quality is hands down, the best. There was a strange rattling sound in my ceiling any time the heater turned on, and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot, within 15 minutes. Not only was he quick and efficient, he is also one of the nicest guys. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. read more

If you are looking for a company to maintain your HVAC today and tomorrow, this local company is the perfect choice. My HOA needed to find an HVAC company to provide a group rate to service and maintain owners' units. Gustavo and his team were professional, knowledgable and finished the job on schedule. They went beyond just providing great technical service by accommodating schedules and customizing services to alleviate concerns (Covid-19) and exceed expectations of the residents/owners. AND, the pricing was great! If your HOA needs HVAC servicing, I highly recommend using LA Quality HVAC. In addition to recommending them to others, I will definitely be using them again. read more

You can't always believe what you read so I was a bit sceptical when I read previous reviews but it is true: GUSTAVO IS GREAT! came to replace washer shut off valves and also got heater up and running. very prompt and professional and reasonable. Gustavo is awesome, honest and so nice! He truly is an ethical hard worker that we were lucky to have work on our home. I've been meaning to leave this review for weeks. I called Gustavo about a security door that needed the frame worked on or replaced at one of my properties. I found his info online and thought his reviews sounded legit. Anyway, he was amazing! I didn't even have to show up to get the job done. He went and looked at the problem, and called me with options. He completed the job and accepted payment from me via PayPal. He even brought welding equipment to complete the job! Overall, a great experience with a solid professional. Thank you Gustavo! read more

Gustavo T. Is a an excellent professional. I rarely give 5 stars but he deserves it. He replaced our AC system in our new home according to the code and everything by the dot. He is friendly, quick and professional. He replaced all ducts and the entire system and all the wires under 2 days. Gustavo gave us a great price and it was more than just compatible with others. You will shop for the longest to come even close to that kind of service. If I had to do it over again I would still go with him. He even came back and did wall touch ups where he had to do some rewiring. He works fast and no mess is left behind. We love our new AC system, he left also a very thorough instruction how to take care of the unit. Thank you for your services. read more

It's unfortunate you try to support small businesses. Read some of the yelp reviews and decided to give the company a shot and it bit me in the butt. Basically reached out, communicated on the telephone and Gustavo was more than willing to do the work. We spoke of me texting him a good time on a few options that he gave me and he never responded. Fast forward to five days later after contacting twice he responded via text saying because of his jobs lined up he's too busy. Now any other circumstances I might've believed but he was way too open with times When we spoke. I believe he didn't want to take the job... # 1 He found out I had dogs and he asked me if they had fleas. I informed him no they do not and his response was "I'm going to be honest with you so he wanted me to be honest with him." ( As if i was not honest) thereafter is where the ignoring issues came in. #2 I don't think he wanted to crawl under the house. I understand it's a dirty job, but its part of the job. Did not appreciate the horrible customer service and would've rather him say he didn't want to take the job then to go about it the way he did. Wouldn't recommend you can't trust people in a business that operate under these circumstances. read more

Gustavo saved the day. My 94 year old grandmother's heater went out over this rainy weekend. I called Gustavo just before dark on Saturday evening. He said he would come out first thing Sunday morning. He showed up just like he said he would, explained everything to me and repaired it in less than an hour. He is a man of his word and very efficient. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him. read more

I needed the water heater at our house fixed so I made a few calls and their prices were ridiculous. I finally got a hold of Gustavo and he had a great price and great reviews. The 5 stars everyone gives him are well deserved. Very knowledgable friendly and great at his job nothing but praise for you Gustavo. Again thank you so much for the job well done! read more

Most handymen don't want to work on an ugly property, and I don't blame them. It's hard to get someone who will cheerfully apply an appropriately inexpensive fix to a cheap, low-rent property. I like Gustavo because he does this and doesn't bitch about how ugly and difficult my 120-year old decrepit house is. He just gets to work, at a fair price, and comes back to finish it when he says he will, without being reminded. He did a number of small jobs all in a row, charging by the hour, and had many creative solutions for saving time and money. He's worth whatever he quotes you, very professional but not a snob. I am going to call him again. read more

On time, dependable, great prices, honest, flexible, and great quality work.. Best of all a Man of Faith. Thanks for all your hard work!!!

Superb service! Thank you Gustavo for landing your useful hand and knowledgeable brain. The business owner, do you plan to be on the Heroes marketplace (http://www.heroesapp.io)? It would save me time and it would be easier to make new job orders to you, because I will definitely need you in the future. Thank you again! read more

I had a potentially leaky roof the one night Los Angeles decides to pour!! Searching for someone to go to house late into the afternoon was difficult as it was, but I managed to find Gustavo who made the trip out through heavy traffic. Intentionally, I was planning on having the roof covered with tarp, but since it already started to rain when Gustavo arrived, we decided to take care of any interior leaks. Without me even asking, he went into the (very dirty) attic and made sure all areas were covered. Thank you so much, Gustavo!! For helping me out with a last minute request and for braving through the traffic, rain, and dusty attic. read more

Gustavo is an excellent HVAC technician! I had some problems with my furnace after a friend had helped me finish the installation this summer. I called and left a message with Gustavo. He called back maybe half an hour later and was able to diagnose and solve the problem faster than the other 2 contractors I called could even get to me. His prices are more than fair. I strongly recommend him! read more

Gustavo and his assistant were so sweet, and professional. They were able to save the ancient furnace in the 1922 bungalow we just bought, and rushed to service it ASAP so we could meet our insurance company's deadlines. Gustavo was also very informative, and not at all pushy, about our options to upgrade to central air, we will definitely be giving him a call once we've saved up the duckies. Would recommend 10/10 :) read more
