The only thing I can really ding this place on was the wait time, I would suggest they have at least 2 people working at the window during normals peoples lunch lunch time (11:30-2?). I was in a rush to get back to work but had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seen. The Officer at the window was very helpful and the process was smooth to pay the ticket off. He was even able to pull up the video of the occurrence of the ticket which was pretty cool and gave me reassurance that I had to pay it. If I remember correctly, they accept cash, debit and credit cards but I believe there is a convenience fee if you pay with a card.
