Max and Ivan arrived on time and from the very start I made note of how meticulous they were with laying down drop cloths, covering their shoes, etc. They went right to work and thoroughly cleaned our HVAC duct lines. They scrubbed the vent covering and really left everything appearing brand new (Max makes it a point to show you before and after videos of the lines). Max also repaired some lines in the attic that showed prior damage - he could have charged me extra (but didn't). He also added additional insulation I had on hand - he could have charged me extra (but didn't). He cleaned my dryer vent - same deal, could have charged me extra (but didn't) and showed me how I can do this on my own in the future without having to pay an outside service. Max also cleaned my rain gutters - they had been unattended to for over 2 years and showed it, by the time he was done, they looked brand new inside. He also repaired a couple of spots where the gutter was beginning to separate from the house (same deal as before - could have charged extra but didn't). I now have them on schedule to clean my rain gutters twice a year moving forward. When they left (6+ hours later), they cleaned up after themselves that not only could you not tell they were even there, but I hate to admit the floors were cleaner than they were before they arrived! I hired Max to service my rental units in Allentown and Quakertown for air duct cleaning but he also did dryer vents with a discount for 75 dollars. From the first call to when the job was done it took four days which in my line of business is very important. Max kept me updated so I never had to wonder what was going on. Max was absolutely amazing. Max was the 4th repair man that came out to try and isolate the issue of why we were not getting any flow out the dryer vent. Yes, we assumed was a clog but nobody was able to clear it or fix the issue until Max came. He took his time, was very professional, polite, and explained everything he was doing. We had our dryer vent cleaned...apparently it had been a very long time since it was cleaned - I watched the large amount of lint come out on my patio and on Max.
