The last two visits were the 'straw the broke the camels back' for us: we were seven, seven...SEVEN minutes late coming to Melbourne from Cocoa and they said we would have to reschedule. Were we upset? Sure, it was a little absurd...but I am a man of principal and late is late, so we rescheduled for the following day for 10:15am (I was there and I heard the front office in scheduling say 10:15am). We arrive at 10:00am the next day, early, and they refuse to see us stating our appointment was for 9:50am, that we were 10 minutes late, and that we would have to reschedule. My partner was extremely upset, rightfully, and the front office was not kind to her at all. That was the last straw...we requested our medical records and left. Like I said, Dr.Hayes is great...but it isn't worth dealing with unnecessary stress.
