Started the process and first lesson June 10th. I paid in full for 6 hours.

If "0" were a possibility this is what I would give. If you set up with them just make sure you DO NOT pay in advance! We initiated driving lessons back in June. After the initial lesson my daughter asked if we could find a new instructor because the guy was on the phone throughout her lesson. I had already paid in full for 3, 2 hour lessons and didn't want the hassle so I kept them. Now here is what scheduling the next two lessons looked like: Sept. 26 contacted them (call/voicemail and text message) and they did not respond until the 27th with what I thought was a scheduled driving lesson but they didn't confirm nor did they pick her up for the driving lesson. October: I make another attempt to schedule and this is what happened: they were closed due to Covid exposure and couldn't schedule. *I get it, you're in close contact with student drivers, but I also assumed they would contact me when they get back in the office, or maybe schedule an appointment out? November: 29th, I message/call to schedule and no response. Nov. 30 I do not receive a response. December: 4th: no response; 5th they responded only because I asked for a refund. They called immediately after I sent a message asking for the refund. I told them clearly, both over the phone and via text message that her test is on the 17th and they said they would accommodate it. She FINALLY got her second driving lesson on the December 5th. ***I assumed they had scheduled the third lesson at the second lesson because this is what we agreed on. December 11: I messaged to schedule a 3rd lesson because her test is on Friday and If they were unable to accommodate her I need to contact another school. I received an immediate response to scheduling the 3rd lesson, but their response was "we don't have any available". They offered to have my high school aged daughter miss school for a two hour lesson. Seriously: miss school because they couldn't keep track of their clients, commitments, messages, and schedules. When I asked for a refund they said they do not give refunds. He then proceeded to tell me he was driving. Was he with a student? I don't know. I lost my cool during my last phone interaction because they tried to place blame on me for not scheduling sooner. I have been trying for months to get all lessons in. I won't accept blame for their mistakes but now I am having to reel the consequences for their unprofessional management of the business. Again: do not pay in advance for any lessons because they will screw you over and put you at the bottom of their priority list.

Buyers beware, if it sounds too good. It can not be true. Parents do your research: ask your friends, Google the school...

Oh, hell no! I know you just didn't forget to pick up my son and leave him stranded at school. But you did, didn't you, Sam. Inexcusable.

For online education, my son experienced a "system glitch," and he couldn't get his finalized certificate of completion. Problem is - this is my first time doing this so I had no idea that we couldn't just show the completion from the phone, as it required a physical certificate. When I contacted ADS, morning of permit test, Wendy instantly jumped in and printed the completion certificate (typical 5-7 business days via mail) and made it available for pickup within 20 minutes. Definitely put my panicking mama brain at ease! Fast forward to his last BTW being this Sunday, which is scheduled months in advance to ensure timely completion. We experienced a death in the family, and the memorial was also scheduled for Sunday. Make the call to ADS to see if we could reschedule, and there was no availability. I did my best keeping it together, but ultimately ended up sharing the details about why we needed to reschedule. Wendy instantly went from already amazing customer service to being a sincerely concerned and compassionate human being. I left that call reassured that she would do her best to contact me if anything changed or an opening became available. Wendy called me the next day confirming that she had a cancellation for another location that we could take. It wasn't a simple reschedule either, as she would have to reprint completion certificate, coordinate pick up/drop off with driver, and more. We gratefully took the appointment. We are so appreciative of Wendy for the amazing customer service throughout this process. I am grateful that she took the time to show human kindness and going above and beyond to show she cared. Ps. Our son had a great experience, as well. We are confident he is prepared for his driving test. Thank you Allstars Driving School.

The lady who I called to make an appointment with was really rude. I tried to ask if i could change my instructor but the say "every area gets assigned a different instructor" showing no flexibility. Also, for my last lesson, the dude was sick with the flu and coughing majority of the lesson. He also blasted the AC.. I had the flu for a few days after. Overall, don't recommend driving instructor named Adam. My friends were in the same school but with different instructors and their experience was great. Hate that I got so unlucky..

First thing that went wrong was the instructor contacted me the day of our appointment which was scheduled over a week in advance, and she requested that I leave work early so the session could take place a 2 instead of the original time of 3:30. I obliged just to be nice. I drove from Stockton to Sacramento at the meeting spot. She ended my daughters lesson 30 minutes early and never took her on the freeway, I immediately called her and asked why, she claimed that there was too much traffic but she insured me that my daughter drove safely and "beautifully" . I hung up and called the office to speak with the owner who was very unprofessional by suggesting I wasn't telling the full story and said he would offer another 30 minutes as a courtesy. After speaking with him then my daughter, I learned that not only did the instructor not take me daughter on the freeway but she also took a call and discussed rushing to meet her friend for plans that they had. My daughter was ripped off from what should have been a great ending to her training program all because the instructor wanted to rush back to her personal life and I'm upset because this isn't fair.no one has called me back even tho I was promised a follow up. I would not use this company or recommend it

The office administrator who I dealt with on several occasions was super helpful, patient with all my questions and went above and beyond with explaining what to expect. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and very through with information about what to expect. The Driver Instructor we had (Josh), was very professional, easy going and very knowledgeable. My son really enjoyed his driving sessions with him (we even added on an additional lesson with him to review things my son was unsure of). Josh always retuned after a lesson with my son to explain how the session went, and recommendations on things to work on. His insight and knowledge was incredibly helpful for my son's test. All my fears about my son starting to drive was put to ease after having my son drive with Josh. We felt very prepared today when my son went to take his driving test and passed with flying colors! :) A huge thank you to NorCal and Josh for the outstanding lessons. We will be back with my daughter next! ;)
